The service and friendliness make this place. We liked it so much we booked again on our way back home. Never really considered a best western before this place, but now would try them in other locations.

Hidden Gem No More....

I arrived back on Wednesday to a very offensive odor in the lobby/hallway. Looked around for staff; waited 10 minutes to no avail. Next morning, I checked out and asked for the manager. I was informed “there is no manager she got let go for theft”. In November, another driver with my company complained that a male hotel employee stalked him on social media. After our company investigated, they reported their ALARMING findings to the hotel management. Same guy is still there working overnights. We have been staying at this hotel for 4 years now. The poor service and significant decline in condition of the hotel has prompted several of my peers to push our company to find a new hotel to use in Holland. Pre-covid this hotel was a hidden Holland gem. It should no longer be a Best Western Plus. More like a poorly managed budget hotel.

Close to Holland attractions, shops and restaurants, reasonably priced. Although this hotel is in need of updating what it lacks in decor it makes up for with a very friendly staff who are ready to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are large, bed comfortable and quiet Would stay there again while in Holland.

My room was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. . Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice. I would definitely come back again. Great location near lots of stores and restaurants too.

Clean room, reasonably priced, very friendly staff. Breakfast variety and quality was great! Decorations for Christmas was nice, Central location to many shopping and restaurants. Right off the highway too! Thank you
