O hotel é muito bom Tem um rio que passa atrás, o que faz uma paisagem bonita Limpeza dos quartos é boa, os quartos são amplos, com cama e travesseiros bons O banheiro é muito bom, limpeza adequada O café da manha foi bom

Good quiet hotel for business travelers.

Good hotel for business travelers. Near a walkable outdoor mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Seems very popular with those on business, so my weeknight stay was quiet with no loud guests. Lobby was a nice place to meet other travelers after dinner. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Ample parking. Plus, it was nice having a view of the river even in the middle of winter.

The Waterfront-West is an older hotel, so it offers basic amenities; HOWEVER, basic, in this case, is great! Our room was clean and comfortable--lovely beds--the staff are friendly and professional, and our view of the Monongahela River was beautiful. The hotel is located in Homestead's waterfront area. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and some very nice parks are only a few miles away. Unlike hotels located in downtown Pittsburgh, the Waterfront-West has free parking on the premises, and it isn't nearly as expensive. It took us only 12 minutes to drive from the hotel to Heinz Hall. It's a great value!

Stolen truck from the parking lot

UNSAFE!!!!! Why do you have no security cameras anywhere in the vacinity? My hotel room gets "broken" into, the car key stolen off the table, and my car stolen from the parking lot. And there are no cameras to check because it will make the area look "bad" and "unsafe" if cameras are up on the streets and buildings? And make people think its a bad area? Really? Who do i hold accountable for this happening? Someone was IN OUR HOTEL ROOM....are we feeling violated? Yes. Are we worried now about someone having our address from the papers in the glove box? Yes. And whoever did this....sadly wont even get repercussions, I'm sure. God forbid something worse happens to someone else there and they dont have any footage.

If I could give them a worse review I would. Showed up with reservation in hand for them to say they had no record of it. There were 10 people in the lobby waiting for room to be clean at 6pm on a Friday. Deanna at the front was absolutely rude and unwilling to help us. She told us to call the 1-800 customer service number. She was then telling customers that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. What a joke! Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere!
