O hotel tem excelente localização, perto do centro comercial, com grandes shopping center, lojas e restaurantes. O quarto pequeno, mas muito aconchegante e limpo. Excelente café da manhã e uma equipe de funcionários atenciosos.
Eu gostei muito da localização deste hotel. Perto de shoppings, supermercados, fácil de localizar. Alguns atendentes não falam inglês, mas não houveram intercorrência quanto a isso. Os quartos são simples, mas limpos. Quando olharem as fotografias do site imaginem tudo um pouco mais velhinho e gasto, assim não terão surpresas. Existem andares para fumantes e não fumantes. Possui academia e serviço de ônibus para o aeroporto por $150HK. Tem também um restaurante, mas que eu não usufrui do serviço.
FANTASTIC AND REMARKABLE SERVICE AT THE FRONT COUNTER
Was mentioned by a friend in Hongkong to try out South Pacific Hotel for this trip. We were indeed well-attended by Front Office Manager, Mr.Dicky Chung. Mr.Chung has been very attentive and answered to all my enquiries and even showed very much that I am as good as I am back at home. Makes me feel that I am not at all in a foreign land. His level of hospitality and assurance are amazing. He ensures that my check-in was swift and smooth too, so that I can quickly get to my room to have a good rest after a flight. Booked via an agency. Apparently, I was not sure if I ever got a good hotel until I was very sure that everything is in good hands after meeting Mr.Dicky Chung. During that period, I was very sure that many staff in Hongkong's travel industry became very concerned and could have lost their morale working and also have been worried of the travel industry collapsing due to the 7 months long protest and business would be gloomy which would eventually resulting in many losing their jobs. But, after having met Mr.Dicky Chung, he still feels very confident with his organisation and still projecting a very positive attitude towards his management position and the responsibilities and roles he discharges. Each time, if we happen to meet him at the lobby, he would ask with sincerity if everything is okay. This is the little thoughtful that makes us feel so much at home. He has also made a swift check-out for us too, by assisting to arrange for a transport for us to get to the airport. Mr.Dicky Chung is really a gem to South Pacific Hotel. He and his team working at the front counter have already made me a future regular customer to South Pacific Hotel. I will definitely be back again to stay at South Pacific Hotel whenever I am back to Hongkong. In fact, since the December 2019 stay, I have been staying in your hotel for 2 more consecutive times in early February and March 2020 before the airport lockdown in Hongkong. Thank you so much Mr.Dicky Chung, for the remarkable and outstanding service you have rendered to us from check-in to check-out. Your caring attitude and thoughtfulness shown towards us during our stay, has made a very memorable one for both my wife and myself, eaach time we are there. You deserve more than a 2 thumbs up. Keep it up ! I have also discovered that the location of South Pacific Hotel is very convenient, as there are many small eateries within reach and MTR station is also walking distance, with some established shopping malls around too. The room was understandably not very spacious but acceptable and comfortable as most of the time I am out of the room. The room was well maintained daily during my entire period of stay. Over and all, my wife and I would like to thank Mr.Dicky Chung and South Pacific Hotel for always making each and every of our stay a memorable one. Well Done !
Great hotel in great location
A great hotel which despite its size and number of guests never seems busy and the staff are so friendly. We were on the 11th floor so not a brilliant view but we only used it as a base for sightseeing and sat in the lobby on several occasions. The room was clean and warm and the walk in shower very powerful. Just five minutes walk to the MTR station with the shops / markets / food on the doorstep
I accompanied my parents on this trip to Hong Kong. My mom is wheelchair-bound and suffers from dysphagia after her stroke. We contacted the hotel’s reservation multiple times and asked about different types of room. Ms. Chung patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Ms. Sophia Chan sent video clips of the various suites available. When we arrived, Mr. Dicky Chung and his front desk and lobby staff made sure our stay was pleasant. The ladies at Housekeeping (Angel especially) were attentive and met all our needs. Thank you from the bottom of our heart! We will definitely stay again.
