I would stay again!

We would stay here again. Yes, the room and shower are small, but we did not plan to spend our vacation in a room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband enjoyed the coffee from the shop in the lobby - great coffee and convenient to pick up that morning coffee. It was nice to have a balcony. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel fees were included in the package price, so it was nice to not have an extra expense at check-out time. The bus stop is located in front of the motel, and it cost $3.00 per trip, or you could purchase multi day passes. So easy to get around by bus. The beach was within walking distance (several blocks) and lots of shopping and dining along the way. I feel we got what we paid for! Wifi was OK for the short time we spent on it and had zero issues with the TV. There was a restaurant and spa on site. The open-air lobby and bar were nice that overlooked the pool area. Also, a little gift/souvenir shop on site. Water cooler in lobby to fill up bottles, a business center if needed and laundry facilities if required. This motel suited all our needs.
Nice hotel, walking distance of everything

I'll stay here again, nice hotel with everything you want / need at a great value. Yes the shower is a little bit small, but I didn't come to Honolulu to spend a bunch of time in my hotel shower. Maybe if it were a leisure trip and not business I would care more? Doubt it, it's just fine. Place was very clean, staff was very helpful, nice to have a coffee shop in the lobby with everything else. Location is great, you are within walking distance of everything, yet it is quiet at night.

Only thing I can give props to is the photographer. They definitely did their job at selling a tiny room by making it look huge. The rooms are tiny. Cant even bend over to pick up shampoo without touching 2 walls in the shower. Ac units are a joke and to tiny for the size of the tiny room "suite" I had. The comfort of the pillows, bed and the pull out couch were horrible. The 8 yr old made a bed with the pillows from the couch because the pull out sucked. Hot tub never worked the whole week. No self parking, have to use valet. I booked the package deal with free valet, suite, and rental car. Was hit with a 140$ bill when I retured the car. There is no view of anything but buildings. The door is loud when it closes and didnt want to unlock properly. Pretty sure the neighbors hated our door. TV was sluggish with the remote. Wifi was spotty if it was working at all. Had better results using my personal hot spot. Personally I will think long and hard about staying at any other courtyard from now on. If I could rate any lower I would
Middle of the road hotel - walkable

Hotel isn’t right on the beach but is walkable to many locations. Room and bathroom was very small - I’m taking cruise ship small! Had to open the shower door to shave my legs 😂 pool area looked decent but was always very busy so we never got a chance to check it out. Hotel lobby area is cute with opens air doors. Overall not a terrible experience if you’re looking for a more budget friendly hotel in Waikiki.

We stayed here twice, on the bookends of our trip. Our first stay, there was most certainly mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The second stay we were upgraded to a suite in the building across the parking lot. That building is a completely different experience, and not in a good way. There is only one elevator, so it can take a while, and the room is bizarrely laid out and not very clean. What got to us though is that the bedroom air conditioner is stuck on one setting and the living room tv doesn’t work. I know this isn’t a five star resort, but this was disappointing.
