A acomodação é aceitável, a equipe atenciosa e a localização muito boa. O local aceita animais de estimação mas, não afeta em nada a tranquilidade do ambiente. As ruas de acesso são muito agradáveis e arborizadas. Na maior parte do tempo não há acesso a internet no quarto porém, sinal no hall excelente.
Beautiful hotel
I loved this hotel. It’s cozy and clean. It’s like stepping back into the 20’s. The night clerks was excellent. Arron and Jennifer are great hostess. They made my stay fun. Thanks to the both of you. The hiking trails are just a few steps away. The night time attractions are a 2 minute walk. Very well lighting for a safe walk to and fro.

Service was delightful and efficient. I have stayed here before and will return again! Excellent location. Quiet, yet walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment. Yes, it could definitely use some touch-ups, but over all I really like the Park Hotel.
Service was horrible, rooms were just ok.
We recently stayed at the Park Hotel. November 27th, 2019- November 30, 2019. We were not pleased at all. While the rooms were quite outdated, which is to be expected. The service was absolutely horrible. 1. The WiFi did not reach our rooms and The TV kept going in and out. With bad weather and kids we were in our rooms more than intended. 2. Not one time were we greeted coming or going from staff. They never looked up. 3. Our rooms were never cleaned, even with the service sign on the door. 4. When asked for extra towels the next day we were told they were washing. We didn’t get them until 9 pm that night. 5. When we asked for fresh linen and the beds to be made, the lady came handed it to us and left. Isn’t it her job to change the linens? 6. Trash was never picked up. We have a baby. My husband brought down one bag and the lady told him “There is a dumpster out back”. Not acceptable at all. 7. One room didn’t have electricity to part of it. Due to a fire we were told? We had to ask for a different room. Why not just put us in a fully functioning room to begin with? My mother in law planned this entire trip. She has stage 4 cancer and lost her husband this year. This hotel was her and her husband’s favorite place. She, as long as the rest of us, were thoroughly disappointed.
Like Going Back in Time, and NOT in a Good Way!
This hotel is like traveling back in time, to the early 1930s. Virtually no hotel room amenities, airconditioning a noisy box in the window and a portable electric heater. We stayed a week, but had to ask to have our room cleaned each time--and they cleaned it and chanined the sheets ONLY every other night. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, and the television was constantly "snowy" and "wavy" and occasionally not working at all. The soap they provide is as thin as a postage stamp, and the tiny tube of shampoo wasn't good enough for two people; though they were generous on towels (when we asked). Be prepared to ask for everything! The bed was so noisy, squeaking on every turn, that when either of us rolled over it awoke the other. And the matress was at least fifteen years old. Despite all of this, we had a great time in Hot Springs, and it is within walking distance of just about everything in old downtown. If you are interested in staying in a hotel built in 1929, and never updated, this one fits the bill.
