Great staff, lost very valuable item and was mailed to me intact.
Huge shout out to the maid staff and Manager Hemal Patel. I was traveling half way across the country and was alil concered w/ the people around the hot springs area. I didnt see a safe so I thought it would be a good idea to store a very valuable box of precious metal coins. Ofcourse after a long night and a promt exit tohit the road I forgot the box in the room for nearly 7 hours of driving. Upon calling them I was assured it was found and put into a safe. I rolled the dice and the manager personally brought it to UPS and shipped it, even taped and put into a box. Thank you so much Red Roof hot springs staff for returning this item to me intact. Many hotels would have just take it especially given the nature of the items and there value. If you want trustworthy and safe use this hotel!
Clean, comfortable motel with an amazing staff
I stayed here (with my dog) for an extended period (January through April) while working in Hot Springs --for this level of accommodation, this motel is clean, comfortable, and far exceeds other Red Roof Inns I have stayed in, in a number of different states. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful--often going out of their way to help their customers--for example, when the lobby closed overnights due to covid 19, the manager gave me his personal cell number in case of an overnight emergency. The easy access to the Hot Springs National Park and Mountain Tower hiking trails was really an added plus. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the room and surrounding areas.
Great stay for a great price.
I was in town for an interview so I needed a comfortable stay that didn't break the bank. My experience from the start was great with the front desk who was really nice and helpful. Ask for Hiten! Rooms were clean and everything worked properly. Shower water always ran hot and the heater got the room warm quickly. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Allowed me to be refreshed the next morning. Def recommend to others. Solid stay and you got the bang for your buck based off the price.
Average Motel at a Decent Price
Stayed for one night while visiting Hot Springs National Park. Everything about our stay was pretty standard. Check-in/Check-out: Easy, no issues. Room: Decent all around, seemed clean. Only issue was it was kind of loud. We had a room facing the road and there were more rooms set back from the main road. We were confused why they weren't booking people in those since the motel wasn't anywhere close to being at full capacity, but it wasn't that bad, just a little loud for my taste. Property: The exterior is slightly run down and could use updating. The interior needs work too. There were at least 6 spots in the lobby/ breakfast area where there were drips coming from the ceilings. Buckets had been places to catch the drips but it was clear it had been this way for a while. Breakfast: It was about average. No freshly made food. There was a waffle maker, fruit, packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, etc. About what you would expect at this price point but a few more options would have been nice. Overall: Great place for the price, but a little loud and the place could use some improvements.
Great deal
For the price of this motel you get a lot. Dogs and children under 18 stay free, free breakfast, and a hiking trail. Rooms are moderate but clean. Customer service is the best, extremely nice and helpful. There is a hiking trail next to the motel. The access was literally outside our room. Everyone had fun and saved money by staying here.
