I would love to say thank you to Noopur & Razwan for an outstanding customer service and these two are an asset of the reception team. Thank you for everything you did for me. I am looking forward to seeing you two again on my next visit.
Rude staff, disgusting bathroom and lack of communication
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Park Grand London Heathrow for New Years Eve. Our stay was terrible due to a number of reasons: -we called to ask if we can check in earlier since we arrived in London sooner than expected. They told us on the phone we can indeed check in, but we'd have to pay a fee. After arriving at the hotel (an hour earlier than original check-in) we were told our room is nowhere near ready and we'd have to wait, meaning we could've done something in London, like have lunch, while theyre completely ready, but instead the staff on the phone were misinformed, which resulted in us wasting an hour of our day waiting in the lobby. - the staff on reception were very rude and blunt and requested a £50 deposit from us but that was never mentioned in our booking, so that meant we had less to spend on the day, since we didn't plan giving additional £50 for our booking. Imagine our surprise when the couple before us didn't get asked to leave any deposit with reception. - the room was alright, however the windows couldnt open and the air conditioner would make the room either too hot or too cold, there was no winning. - the telephone in the room didn't work which meant we had to go downstair every time we required something or had an issue. - the bath was so disgusting that we couldn't actually take a bath, we had to rinse it out ourselves and take a shower instead. - when we made a request to one of the house keepers for some tea condiments, since we were missing that in the room, and then when we asked for a bucket of ice and two champagne glasses in the evening of NY, nothing was done to accommodate our requests. We didn't receive any tea condiments or any glasses, no matter how many times we asked. The lack of attention that was given to us was so disturbing considering we were staying there for NYE that when we checked in we tried to raise our concerns. We got a ''Im sorry'' and nothing more. Nothing was done to make their mistakes better and it didn't seem like the receptionists cared so my boyfriend emailed the hotel... and a month later, there is still no solution and no replies back. Don't waste your money on this hotel, it is dirty, the staff are rude and inattentive, the location is far from ideal and all in all, has the potential to ruin your whole experience with the lack of so many basic necessities. Does not deserve the four stars it has at all.

I have spent at least 300 nights in this hotel during the last six years, and it remains one of my favourite hotels. The decor is beautiful, and the beds the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The showers are extremely hot. The underfloor heating is wonderful. The staff are always nice to me, as a long-term guest, but surpassed themselves on my last visit. Extra special thanks to Steve and Eledio - the night staff - who are truly an asset to the hotel. Please value them; they are irreplaceable. Thanks also to lovely Monica, and Rasvan (apologies if I misspelled hin name) from Romania, who were extra helpful. Look forward to seeing them all again, especially Steve and Eledio. Highly recommended hotel, with wonderful staff. Look forward to another six years....
Great value for money
The all important first impression on arrival was very positive; excellent well presented and furnished lobby area extending to the bar on one side and the restaurant on the other. We had opted for a club room which according to the website came with fresh fruit mineral water bathrobes and slippers plus access to a club lounge. We had none of those things so double checked with reception that we were in the right accommodation. They assured us we were and that the missing items would be delivered but they never arrived. However the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom well appointed. The leather chair however was ripped and tatty which spoilt the otherwise chic decor. Our son who lives locally met us in the bar and we were impressed with the impeccable service, the range of drinks on offer and the prices. After dinner in the town centre we decided to have a nightcap. The bar closed shortly after we were served and the shutters were pulled down and locked. We were surprised to see a short time later a man who was not in a uniform unlock the bar and pour several half pint glasses of whisky for what appeared to be a few friends. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good range of foods on offer. I asked for poached eggs and they were perfect. The arrangements for tea and coffee were strangely old fashioned; two medium sized steel teapots one full of water the other made up coffee were on a hot plate ... good choice of different tea bags but the water pot could only accommodate a few cups at a time! Having said all of that, nice hotel, spotless and excellent value for money. However, the hotel really shouldn’t advertise a service that comes at an additional cost if they can’t supply it
Always chuffed to stay at this hotel
PARK GRAND LONDON HEATHROW is always excellent to stay . I have been staying for three years and never been disappointed. The wonderful staff are the charm and helpfulness of this hotel. Even when i am traveling alone, i feel very homely .Thanks to Mr Sakar , Mr Mandar , MrRazwan and Mrs Monica. keep it up .
