Recomendo a hospedagem neste hotel.
Ótima localização, quarto muito limpo e confortável, equipe atenciosa, sem problemas com check in e check out. As camas são excelentes e o café é bom! Recomendo. Tem bons locais para alimentação a uma curta caminhada do hotel.
I opted to stay at this Courtyard property while visiting Houston for the first time. I highly enjoyed my time and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, especially those in need of Houston’s vast medical center complex. The location is ideal to access any of the dozens of hospitals and clinics nearby, as well as Museum District destinations and several attractions within a short Uber/Lyft ride distance. Coupled with being slightly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle and remaining very quiet, I couldn’t have asked for a better location, personally! - Service was excellent; all staff members were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Masks were worn by all employees due to the ever-present threat of COVID-19—keep it up! Social distancing measures were visibly in place at check-in and in public areas, and reminder signs throughout the building were ample. Well done. - Rooms were relaxing, clean, and well worth the price paid. I can’t remember any faults with housekeeping regarding cleanliness. Keep on changin’ those sheets and sprayin’ the air! One negative I did observe (unrelated to health) was that the mattress was firmer than I expected, and tougher than most Marriott properties would normally be—but in light of COVID-19 (as well as how great the room was in general), I did not mind hardly at all. - Again due to COVID, lots of amenities like free breakfast are suspended temporarily. However, one great complimentary perk I should note is a shuttle service taking guests anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel (NOT the airport). This can be super helpful for folks utilizing the medical center, as described previously. Value for my stay, overall, was significant. So with quiet, clean rooms; great staff; and a central location, I recommend this Courtyard at the top of any hotel list in Houston. Thanks for providing me with a 5-star stay!
Very good hotel but parking is not free
Overall, this is a nice hotel property. Rooms are typical, clean and fairly modern. I have used the exercise facility - it is average and suits my needs just right. The Bistro is typical food and beverages. I enjoy their breakfast burrito and coffee is always just right. The Bistro is pricey, as are all Courtyard Bistros. The staff is friendly. Check in and check out is simple. This property is almost next door to a Kroger that has a Starbucks inside, so if you’re looking to use your Starbucks app, go there. And it’s convenient to buy gas at the Kroger too. The websites like Trip Advisor listing this hotel sometime say free parking- (not the case on Marriott.com) - be warned it will cost $8 per day to park. I stay here often as it is close to where I need to be, and it is, overall, a nice place to stay.
Will never stay here again. This hotel was awful from the time we arrived. The person that checked us in was expressionless. The room we booked was not available. So we had to take what they had. The bathtub had some weird stuff stuck to the bottom of it that kept coming off in little pieces when we used it. There were bugs in the bathroom light fixture. The only mirrors were in the bathroom which limits where you had to do makeup and hair. You could hear the people in the hall in the middle of the night. We could understand that somewhat except early in the morning we woke up to the people and tv in the room next door. We liked the bistro but, again, most of the servers acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. We won’t be back. Ever. And I’ll won’t stay at another Marriott if I have a choice to stay elsewhere because of this experience.
