Horrific experience and lack of customer service!
Worst establishment I've ever stayed in. Completely lacking in follow through, rooms and amenities in the rooms are defective and , the staff never fixes any issues in regards to rooms, staff is condescending, overtly rude, and I will NEVER frequent this establishment again. Lack of customer service, sub standard hospitality, and the lack of concern for guest is perpetuated from management on down. Absolute nightmare of an establishment and Hilton hotels that are outside of the west coast (LA and Las Vegas) have not the slightest idea of what the standard of hospitality is, and should always be. If you don't want to spend your money for rude condescending, and sub par service, and to spare yourself the grief of a horrific experience visit a different establishment like the Derek in the Galleria, because this place is an EPIC FAIL! Also I see why there is a lack of customer service and hospitality on site at the Hilton establishments, because this lack of customer service is perpetuated, by the Hilton’s head quarters and home office. I called an voiced my experience to Lynn, a Guest experience supervisor, and she wasn’t interested in helping the situation, rather she was more inclined to handle me, by stating it would take 48 hours to open a case, and I asked to speak with her supervisor and she stated, verbatim “I can connect you to my supervisor, but, he’s not giving you a FREE room!” I never asked for anything free I asked to be listened to rather than heard, only to respond from ego. I am appalled at the lack of hospitality and am absolutely a non supporter of ALL Hilton properties moving forward.
Nice place to lay your head in Houston
I enjoyed this place! While I didn't need the kitchen or living area, it was a nice bonus. This location was close to where I needed to be, easy to get to good places to eat and was easy to get in/out of. The staff was friendly and Hilton Honors members get extra treats! The happy hour was nice as well.
Familee and Friends Reunion
We had a great time! The Hotel lobby, breakfast area and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Breakfast foods were fresh and tasty. They also had a Happy hour!
Thanks to Kourtney the front desk day shift she was very courteous! Facilities were nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel was very close to shopping and a Walmart which was a plus. Breakfast was a winner as well!
Service is Amazing!
My 3 children are all travel soccer players, so we stay in quite a few hotels throughout the year. This, by far, was the best stay that we have had in several years of travel. The hotel rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was excellent. However, what was best about this hotel was the service. Our soccer club booked rooms for 5 teams. That’s a lot of people. We were all greeted with smiles. Jay and Courtney were my favorite staff members. They met everyone at check-in with a smile, and they responded to our needs in a timely fashion. For example, our lock on our bathroom door was not working. We mentioned it to Courtney at the front desk, and she had it fixed within the hour. Courtney and Jay accommodated our very large group at breakfast. They helped with directions and made recommendations for lunch and dinner. They never seemed bothered by the size or loudness of our group. On a final note, I will forever be grateful to Courtney for helping us find my daughter’s favorite sweatshirt AFTER we checked out of the hotel. She went above and beyond to help us out. So, if you plan a trip to Houston (especially a large group trip), definitely stay at this hotel. You will not find a better staff at this level of hotel!
