The lady in the front desk is the nicest I had ever met, fir real. However, the place lacks of hygiene and basic cleaning in its public areas. There aren't such amenities as posted in the pictures, the pool is a swamp, lacks if lights in the elevator and parking lot, the main entrance is falling apart, you have to walk around into an unsafe dirty alley to get in. Is something between a crack house and zombie apocalypse. Such a waste of money in relation to quality. Try something else.

The worst experience I have had in many years in a hotel, this is the most disgusting I have visited, and the price has nothing to do with it I have been in hotels of 50 dollars and I have had very good experiences. But this is the worst the super hot rooms the photos they put on the web are not the real ones the elevator has no light, there is garbage everywhere, it has no carpet the rooms there is no microwey or refrigerator, please do not stay in that place

First off the elevator goes completely dark when your going up... the hallways are dirty.... trash is every where..... the room looks like hospital bed and room..... my TV didn't work.... just a bad experience.... but it's in a great area such a weird place....

This property is completely misrepresented itself on booking.com It did not state on the booking screen that you have to pay for parking. The entrance is on Sage Rd and it only one small ramp to enter into the property. T ramp was full of cars and there was nowhere for me to park. I am disabled and could not park to get my keys and pay for the room. OYO stated that once I paid over the internet that the parking lot would be disclosed for me to park. SCAMMERS. Never stay here. DID NOT REFUND MY MY MONEY. CHEAPER IS NEVER BETTER. I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO RUN FROM OYO PROPERTIES. Disabled people beware.

The worst place

I am on a business trip, as a last resort found a room at this hotel near galleria. The place has not been renovated in a while, sheets old and torn, the bathroom is not really clean, you can see roddent droppings, and the smell of the place is not normal. Found two cockroaches, one in the morning and the other right beside my bed on the nightstand. This is not acceptable and really is gross.
