Pretty average for the price

Although this hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought that the property was a bit average for the price. The rooms were comfortable enough but dated and really could use a remodel. Normally I wouldn't care but I paid a walk in rate of 700 THB, which I thought was a bit high. There is limited parking at this hotel. Next time I'm in Hua Hin I will try another property.

Never again, very noisy.

During booking a hotel on Agoda, I asked for a room not facing the main street, and a couple of days later I received a letter from the hotel confirming this kind of room. But during the check-in, I received the key from room #201 and this room looked out onto a noisy street with many restaurants and cafes that work up to 2am. At the reception I was told that there were no other rooms available. Old furniture- a la seventies last century but in good condition.Sleeping in this room was completely impossible due to noise from the street. After the restaurants closed, drunk tourists screamed and loud gigle for a long time wandering along the street opposite the hotel. In other words, you can sleep in the room either in the daytime ( course you can sleep on the beach) or after 4 a.m every morning. Horrible. And so, with a lack of sleep, I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. BUT there are good breakfast, good Wi-Fi signal, the TV has a USB input port and you can watch your favorite movies from your flash memory if you have it. Location is not far from the train station.

Location is pretty much perfect in down town Hua Hin, close to all the action, restaurants, bars, markets etc. Staff were very friendly too. The room is a bit dated but had all we wanted, cable TV, good wifi, ice cold AC, fridge, balcony, hot shower etc. If the price is right, I would stay here again.

This, what appears to be a family run hotel seems to operate in a lovely no fuss easy going have a pleasant stay no worry take it easy style. I have stayed in this Hotel on several occasions and found it to be a little treasure. I really like the easy going attitude as it just adds to the feeling of being a guest and not just another tourist. Rooms are spacious and clean and although the hotel,is situated right in the centre of the action the rooms are amazingly quiet.breakfast seems to materialise out of nowhere when you arrive downstairs and can be eaten while watching the world go bye,a good properly served and choice of food breakfast,there's no help yourself it's a properly cooked and served to your liking-breakfast. Staff are friendly helpful and always laugh at my jokes which is a plus. Twenty paces from the hotel and your are in the middle of quality restaurants, night market and sit down bars,a lovely little hotel in a lovely town.

Had the hotel to myself as low tourist season. At 1000 Bht a little expensive as had no breakfast. The room was spacious with a/c, TV and mini bar. Although clean the room could be in need of a coat of paint and the carpet replaced. Bed was large and comfortable and there was little noise from the street. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and the night market once you get through the tuk tuk and taxi mafia.
