Heartless , rude just disgusting behaviour from the night porter My partner had just come out of hospital after a car crash , we had to abandon our other car , this was the closest hotel , when asked if they had rooms oh yeah they do but it’s after 12 so we don’t book in after 12 “ but my partner has just come out of hospital and we are stranded in the snow “ not his problem they don’t book rooms after 12 although they did have availability on booking .com I was just disgusted by his attitude “not my problem it’s company policy “

Very clean large room. Lovely welcome from young receptionist. Pleasant small bar. Good restaurant next door. Excellent breakfast on Monday but on Sunday was very slow and they ran out of some food but the young staff were lovely. Hotel much cleaner and fresher than when we last stayed in 2018.

On arrival such a lovely women on reception called Donna, couldn't do enough to help, big smile very welcoming all round lovely lady, would definitely recommend, lovely little room perfect for a night away xx

Super friendly check in staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast on a Sunday morning. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. We stayed one night and had 3 rooms booked for family - all of which were good. Plenty of parking too and a garage/shop opposite

Stayed here while on a work trip Room was adequate but smelt a little musty. Heating was on full Bed was comfortable Toiletries provided in bathroom - nice touch. Shower was good - decent pressure Breakfast was very good for the price - Tasted great and service was very good Hotel bar was also very good - Nice helpful staff and reasonable drink prices
