Ok but need to clarify

The hotel located in Backpacker area so good for tourist so that's mean everything is overprice to compare with a real price of Hue. The hotel itself is located in a small road and taxi cant go in. Room is small and not really clean and facility is not enough and also if you need a very simple thing the hotel cant provide to you. But , plus is they have swimming pool so you can relax for a long hot day out. The AC work not well and you need to check before you get your room. Motorbike rental is reasonable price but you need to clarify the price with them as you can only rent the bike to drive around Hue. If you go out of Hue a bit they will charge without inform you. It's not much but make us feel like to be cheated. Actually to compare the people in Hue not really friendly at all ( i'm Vietnamese ). Also , everything when you buy or dining you should ask for the price first.

+ Great location, clean comfortable room, yummy breakfast, friendly staff! We had a great stay in Hong Thien 1 Hotel. The staff are curtious and warm. The room was large with a patio overlooking the pool. Nice bathroom with a tub. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Perfect location down a small side street, so it was quiet and right in the middle of the best shopping and dinning. The pool was pretty and clean.

Affordable hotel in a great central location in Hue. Friendly and attentive staff that could help arrange any transportation needs. Breakfast was made to order. The swimming pool and a bath tub were unexpected perks. Plus of beds where plush and comfortable too.

Stayed here for 2 nights. If you want a good value hotel in hue this is the place! Only around 10 USD a night and includes a pool, a freshly cooked breakfast and a central location. Don’t expect the Ritz but for what’s its worth if you’re on a budget and need a reasonable, clean hotel then this is the place. Staff were very helpful, in particular ‘Ngam’ who helped when I’d lefr my bag in a taxi. WiFi was very quick. To improve the air con and fridges were pretty useless in terms of cooling drinks/ room down so definitely get that looked at. Thanks for a good 2 nights

The staff are very helpful and we were given a free upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. Overall the room was clean and a good standard. The only issues were that there was no safe so our passports and money had to be left at reception, and in the bathroom there were some tiny bugs, however they weren’t really noticeable so didn’t bother us. The bathroom could also do with a shower curtain. The location of the hotel is great, down a small alley right next to the walking street and all the main restaurants and bars. Being just off the street was also useful for getting away from the noise. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order, and we were even given breakfast to take away when we were late for our city tour and didn’t have time to eat. We chose to take the Hue city tour that the hotel offered and this was well organised and informative. The tour guide Ling was very good. The only downside was the lunch was buffet style in another hotel. The food smelt terrible and did not look fresh or hot, however this is not the fault of the hotel and more the tour company itself. Overall this hotel is a good option if you’re on a budget, especially as it also has a small pool and great breakfast.
