O hotel é bem novo e atende perfeitamente a todas as necessidades de uma família que está hospedado em Huntington. Quarto amplo e espaçoso ótimo sinal de internet escama boa ou seja é um hotel altamente recomendável

A stay which could’ve been better.

A nice hotel with a few downfalls. Parking is $10 dollars a night which is totally unnecessary. The shower pressure is TERRIBLE - this was noted at checkout so I hope this has been resolved for the next guest in our room. Our room over looked the games balcony which meant we could never have the blinds open. Now for my main issue. Our credit card was charged not once but twice for the full amount of our stay (nearly $1800) despite being paid in full before our stay. This was done on check in and then again on check out. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking this complaint further. First time it was done it was rectified within a few days but we checked 5 days ago and still no contact from the hotel with our refund. We booked through British Airways so anyone else doing this I would avoid - nothing to do with British Airways purely the hotel. However credit where is due - hotel was clean, the room was lovely and big. Beds were comfortable. Staff - hit and miss, some were lovely and others were terrible. On check in after arriving from the UK and a 20 hour journey the man behind the desk barely even cracked a smile nor told us anything about the hotel.
I won't go again.

My significant other also posted my review on the Marriott web-site, but I put some more details here. First things first I always assess shower pressure: No shower pressure or consistent toilet flushing, so you will have hair stuck to your body when you shower. It won't be a problem if you have short hair. I've had worse water pressure before, so this shower isn't a deal breaker. This wasn't the worst, but just not as good as Fairfield or Residence Inn showers, for reference. Just go here if you are not planning to shower or if you are a solo traveler who doesn't need to flush the toilet right away. They work, but you need to wait, kind of like on a cruise ship...plumbing issues. Also, take your own hair-dryer. There were crumbs on the sofa upon entry to my room, in a very obvious place; I usually don't mind this, but that tells me thorough cleaning during a pandemic is not taking place in the unseen areas as well. Fingerprints all over the elevators, which again is normal, but not during this new world, and it shows deeper areas are not being cleaned consistently. The lady upon check-in did not know information about this hotel or about Marriott membership. She also gave a blank stare when Guests asked her questions about where the elevator was or regarding check-out time/ keys, etc. It was shocking. I had to ask her to give me 2 keys. This was only the young lady that was there upon check-in, and not the entire staff. Perhaps she was off the street or a family member filling in for an hour was my guess. Maybe a staffing emergency, so it's forgivable. Still, not knowing where the elevators are or not answering questions about breakfast or not knowing how to give out keys I think are just basics. This hotel was the only Marriott hotel that did not ask a Platinum member about points, a welcome gift, or about water. It was also the only hotel I've ever been to that asked repeatedly, came to my door/knocked while I was getting out of the shower, and called to ask me what time I preferred to check out (yes, ALL three of these events occurred), even though I had requested my time DURING check-in and AFTER check in three different times. It was a tiring and exhausting stay, as there was limited communication between staff members. However, it was okay. I won't go back or recommend to my company to book for employees, but it was okay. I would recommend it to others for maybe a 1 night stay since it is a new, modern building, but I personally will not book again (cost is expensive compared to other hotels). Nothing horrible or unacceptable, but I do not recommend this place if you need consistency and good rest.
No shower pressure and incorrect plumbing hookups

The blue dot gave hot water and the red dot gave cold water on the sink faucet so the plumber hooked up the sink faucet backwards. Room 305 if anyone wants to fix it. The shower was unreal. We could not get clean. Horrible to no pressure at all.
