It would be okay for some people to visit,, but for the same price alot of hotels would be much better in the same price range

I went there with my friends very disappointed Stuff is very discriminating U cant enjoy sitting by ur self they always come and offer u something to buy for maaany times. Crows are everywhere in the beach, The free which I already paid all inclusive which js bar inclusive to is soo far away from the beach Food is no the vest quality

The best animation team ever. They were friendly, active, amazing and funny always. Nothing was a problem for them. When I will go back to this hotel, only for this incredible team !! Thanks Mahmoud,Massimo,Xenia and Lera for the best holiday and ambience.

I don t know how to start , it s the worst hotel i ve ever been to . From the outside looks great , but once you get in it s hell . The rooms are disgusting and dirty . I don t even want to talk about the bathrooms .. awful. There is no coffee , i mean real coffee in this f hotel . Restaurant : This cannot be called a restaurant . It s a place where it s served the worst food ever . They give you potatoes and rice and some disgusting meat ( burned chicken wings , kind of chicken lasagna , “beef burgers” - they are small burgers , and that s it ; bad smelling duck , and that s it ) . The salad buffet was ok , not for a 4 stars hotel . Soft drinks means : fake coke , fake fanta , fake sprite , fame coffee . They give you some kind of Nescafe , and you have to do it by yourself by putting hot water in a cup and then 2-3 spoons “coffee “ - it tastes horrible . The only good thing about the restaurant is the crew , they are very nice . Beach : It doesn t looks like in the pictures . The beach is dirty and full of rocks , no sand . When you get in the water you have to be careful not to die because of the rocks . You can just swim in the water , but if you can t swim , forget about it !! Pools : They are ok , but they are in the other hotel (Sphinx ) but no one tells you that you re allowed to go , or show you , or even give you a flyer . No . You just get here and have to discover it by yourself . Reception : Worse workers ever . They don t speak english , they don t speak with you , you just wait there in front of the desk and you hope that anyone helps you . Finally one of them decided to help me . I asked him why doesn t work the wifi password and he said to me : no speed , no internet , no help you ! . And that s it . He just ignored me . Wtf .. . Egipt is a wonderful destination , a lot of places to visit . But be careful in choosing your hotel . Choose 5 stars resorts and before just check the reviews .

I have visited over a dozen countries for family holidays this hotel is the worst hotel ever disgusting. I booked an all inclusive with a family room and balcony we didn’t get that my daughters bed was a single sofa bed which was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The bathroom was disgusting and smelt of raw sewage. The mirrors are really dirty broken tiles in bedroom. Now to the food when we go abroad we always try the local cuisine don’t bother in this hotel vile food. The drinks part of this package if you want a lager don’t bother it’s out of a can warm and tastes awful. We ended up using a private bar on the beach which is owned by Thomas nice drinks and cheap. The local tourist and Russians are just plain rude a Russian guy pushed my daughter out of the way when she was queuing for pasta I ended barging into him and telling him to F off. Make sure you keep your wallet in your front pockets there are pick pockets in this hotel I had mine stolen in reception. The marina is nice and nice food there is a Greek restaurant there very nice food. Please do not book this hotel it’s dreadful worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Also the hotel room smelled of smoke we’re going back to St Nicholas Park in turkey in August next please book this place you won’t be disappointed.

On arrival the receptionist was unpleasant, the room we had was terrible very out dated! Yet in England we had paid for an upgrade but given this horrid room, we complained the next day, and had to pay Again for an upgrade, to which we got. The staff became friendly when you tipped them. We were the only English people in the hotel. You can only get free wifi in reception, so this was always crowded with family’s using their wifi. We wasn’t allowed alcohol in the dining area ? So if we wanted alcohol we had to get this from reception! Never known this before, on an all inclusive. The beer was undrinkable, the wine wasn’t great, one evening they completely had no wine!! Don’t get me wrong I’m not a big drinker, but thought I would have a few drinks as I’m on holiday! No ice cream was served. Yet it was very hot everyday. The Egyptian men, wouldn’t leave my daughter alone always trying to chat to her !! The holiday representative never appeared never seen them all of the 10 days we were there absolutely disgusting! I will never ever go there again! More like a 2 star hotel. Forgot to mention they wanted another £40 from us, accusing us of having two rooms before check out!
