Localização interessante, mas neste mês sem algum tipo de serviço complementar qualitativo. Sem serviço nocturno, sem bar a funcionar! Pouco pessoal durante o dia apesar de serem simpáticos. Valeu pela localização em relação à nossa visita a Hyères.

A pleasant hotel with a beautiful outlook and private beach .Room adequate but shower and loo in need of a makeover.Problem with hot water in my room which was rectified on the second day..Staff friendly and helpful but breakfast very over facing .Reminded me of school - individual trays with far too much unwanted food hence ate breakfast out on our second day.

We stayed two nights in this super hotel. Fantastic view - right on the sea and you can have a swim before breakfast or indeed any time you like. The room was very spacious with such a comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace was huge and delicious. Most convenient for Hyeres town, Giens, the ferry to the islands, restaurants at the port and the beaches. Adam and his staff are so helpful, friendly and treat their guests with great kindness. We will be back!

An Unexpected Treasure on the Mediterranean Coastline

After a stressful day of multiple problems with our vehicle since getting off the ferry from Corsica, we were heading towards Toulon for repairs but it was already too late for the garage so basically we just need somewhere to spend the night. I chose the first hotel I found online and headed to Hotel La Potiniere at Hyeres, approx. 20 km before Toulon. What we found was an unexpected treasure ....we could not possibly have been luckier, this hotel was a pleasure from the first contact we had on the phone with Adeline to each and the every member of the staff we encountered. Besides the amazing location, right on the beach, next to the very pleasant little port and restaurants nearby, the standard of service and pleasantness was outstanding at every turn. Ludo was always ensuring any of our needs were met, nothing was too much trouble...the level of cleanliness was reassuring and we were offered a delicious lunch even although the hotel had only been catering for a private party. We decided to stay a little longer and although the hotel was fully booked over the weekend ( off season mid-October which speaks for itself), Philppe, the patron, kindly managed to accommodate us, he was always so kind and helpful. Wish we had known about this hotel before, I would have come here earlier for at least a week!. To Philippe, Ludo, Adeline, and the housekeeping team of Aline, Karine and Isabelle, thank you so much for making what started as a stressful overnight stop such a truly pleasant 3 day experience . Spent a couple nights at La Potiniere. Chose a room with ocean view and private balcony. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Will definitely return to La Potiniere!
