Fomos atendidos de forma divina, lamb, filet and sea food tudo perfeito ao final um gellato de lichia. Fechou c chave de ouro essa noite maravilhosa. 4 pratos por 60 pounds mas vc pode escolher apenas 3 pratos e o valor fica melhor

We are currently here and staying for 2 nights .. But i really feel the need to write a review after having breakfast delivered to our room - it was delicious, on time and hot ! Customer service is amazing, all staff super friendly and helpful. Massive thank you to Jo especially as she has been incredible 👏 When we arrived our room wasnt ready as we were early so we went and done shopping and came back to check in, we left our luggage and was suprised to find it waiting for us in our room - amazing service especially when we are in an attic room 4th floor !! Impressed with location and the little extras in the room eg slippers, robe, big selection of teas !! But my main reason for this review is to say a massive well done to staff & management as you have a great team with fabulous customer service, infact the best customer service we have ever received & once again a special thank you to Jo!! We will 100% be returning !!! Thank you. The Lott's xx

Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room that I was assigned was in a terrible state. This resulted in us checking out after only 30 minutes. The first thing that I noticed was the teapot, which had been left with old tea from a previous guest. This made us concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Unfortunately, our suspicions were confirmed when I saw that the quilt on the bed had visible blood stains, and the mattress cover had numerous more, including an excrement stain. I was appalled that a hotel of this supposed caliber could allow such a state of uncleanliness. The frustration did not end there. There was also confusion regarding the refund process, which added insult to injury. This resulted in a missed event, wasted fuel, and a ruined evening with my wife. The hotel team did not handle the situation efficiently. Instead of us being offered maybe a drink in the bar , whilst the room was cleaned and bedding replaced. We were offered a smaller attic room. We were left feeling extremely disappointed. Overall, I would not recommend Drakes to anyone looking for a clean stay. While mistakes can happen, it is unacceptable to allow a room to be in such a poor state of cleanliness. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others and as a reminder to the management at Drakes to improve their standards.

Very Disappointing stay

Hotel rooms were shabby and in need of refurbishment. The wet room was a tiny tiny space with toilet/mini sink and a shower head in the ceiling. If you used it everything in the wet room was well and truly WET - including towels, toilet paper, mirror, bin. Also it was in need of a total refurbishment. Based on the price paid for the 2 rooms we booked I expected so much more. Would definitely NOT return even if I was offered a free stay.

What a wonderful gem! We parked on the forecourt and checked into our lovely seafront room. Had great cocktails at the bar, which are served until 10.45pm. The breakfast was good too. We would definitely stay at Drakes again and thoroughly recommend it.
