We stayed one night at the White House and it was very good. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The location is convenient. After reading all the positive reviews we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs with salmon (fishy option), a coffee and an orange juice. I was expecting a wider option in addition to the main dish (like you get in top B&Bs) e.g. some fresh fruits, cereals, toasts, etc.

Lovely, small hotel/B&B (not quite sure how they would classify themselves!), very comfortable bed, fab breakfast - really nicely done. Great location, about a mile from the centre and a block back from the seafront so a little quieter.

Excellent affordable hotel. Clean, comfortable friendly staff and really good breakfast. Only downside is lack of parking but we were well aware of this before booking. Would certainly recommend this hotel and we will revisit later in the year.

Fantastic stay at the White House

We’ve just returned from a fabulous two night stay at the Whitehouse. The hosts, Sean and Katherine cater to your every needs. The hotel is spotless with good decor throughout. We had the full English breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks and hope to see you soon.

Fabulous stay in Brighton

We had room no8 which has a fantastic view of the sea. The room was a good size, very clean with a lovely en-suite. We had tea in the room and a nespresso machine for those who drink coffee. Kit kats were also provided. The Room is at the top of a lot of stairs so this room would not be suitable for the less mobile. The White House is easily a 10 min walk to the pier, lots of lovely shops and restaurants on the way. Cannot fault our wonderful stay and will most certainly be returning.
