The hotel is well located in a central location where have the easy access to everything from shops, market, restaurants and just a half an hour drive to the famous Sg. Palas Tea factory and many other tourists attraction. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff and simple but good breakfast. Actually me, my wife Ruth and son John Paul went to visit my 88 year old brother in law who was very sick and my 85 year old eldest sister whom we have not visited for a long time. We we so happy that my eldest brother late Ilanchellians daughters Elambharathy and Shanthi, late elder brother Mark Ponnudurai's son Arivindran and younger brother's daughter Malar joined us later on. My sister and brother-in-law were so very happy and delighted. I cooked special spicy mutton curry for them. They enjoyed very much. It was a blessing in disguise that we made it and thanks a lot to my son John Paul who took care of my wife 76 and me 77. We thank God for his blessings our safety.

It is a 3 star hotel, location is good as located at center of brinchang where easy to get dinner and food. A smelly in a room and hotel probably need an renovation as it look old. There is simple buffet breakfast provide. Reasonable price and you get what you pay.

Old but Strong

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean & comfy bed. Lighting is bright but the carpet floor is high time to be replaced. Strong and hot enough water from the shower for the cold weather in the early morning. Breakfast is okay with local food. The staff and the receptionist are friendly and helpful. The only weakness the walls are thin. Parking is public is where you got to buy the tickets at counter.

Spacious hotel with good location

Hotel Rosa Passandena was easily recognizable due to its spacious and grand exterior. The hotel room and facilities are a bit worn-down from age, but the room is spacious and the bed are comfortable. Do note that there is no air-conditioning in the room, however the cool mountain air is suffice. The location of the hotel is central and convenient, with restaurants and shops within close proximity. There is even a morning market at walkable distance near the hotel during the weekend. Breakfast buffet spread offers decent variety of food options, and the food quality is acceptable.

This is my regular hotel in Brinchang,have lost count how many times i have actually stayed here,and I think i will keep coming back!! I have stayed here many times and I am always impressed with this simple hotel.We stayed at D4 4th floor this time,the room was comfortable and newly refurbished. The location is nearby the day market and eateries.Staff are very helpful and smiling.Definitely will stay here again!Syabas! **Some people were smoking and eating durian on the 4th floor,I think this has to be sorted out. *By the way,no free parking you have to park outside Mon to Sunday 8am to 6pm and use coupon which is sold at the counter of hotel.
