Excelente equipe, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Quartos grandes e bem decorados. A decoração parece um pouco antiga, mas muito bem conservada. Internet infelizmente um pouco lenta. Amplo estacionamento em frente ao hotel. No lobby ha um bar, nas noites de sexta fica bem cheio. Ao lado há um restaurante Outback e um Bonefish.

We needed a room during a weather emergency. April, at the front desk was excellent when I called & later when we checked in. She was kind, helpful & efficient. The room was clean & nice. Not fancy, but had everything needed & was nicely appointed.

Old and dirty

The toilet doesn’t flush down. The sink doesn’t work. The water almost arrived my knee when I took shower. Old and dirty! Do not recommend this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever had before, and this is my first time wrote the review. So angry!

Nice Hotel

This hotel is really clean and well kept. Our room was spacious, clean, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed a cocktail and sandwich at bar. For the free breakfast we ordered off a menu. We would definitely stay here again

Not what I remember about this place

I stayed several times in the past years at this hotel and I liked it. But what happened to he place? The hotel and floor looked good, new and clean.I booked two nights, one with points and the second night was paid. I am a platinum member, I got a room with no view, literally a wall in front of my window. I found insects and a lot of dust in the air conditioning grill, the iron was broken, the sink would drain very slowly. The room did not get cleaned at all after the first night. This is not my favorite place anymore.
