They are currently renovating at this location and the contractors are constantly letting the door slam. It’s super annoying. It continued until almost 8pm then they woke us up this morning when it slammed at 8am. We were preparing for my husbands medical procedure so we were up late and had hoped to sleep in. The other problem were the ants all over the table. We kept trying to wipe them off but they kept reappearing. This was a problem because my husband was trying to finish up work zoom calls and we had hoped to use the desk. We would not stay here again.
A Tired Hotel

We were placed here for a stay to play tournament. We saw the reviews, but couldn’t change hotels. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Stains on the drop in hallway ceiling tiles, elevator walls are banged up, holes in the bedroom curtains, and couldn’t even hardly see out the window due to damage. There were big stains in the sofa seat, a huge rip in the upholstery, and scuff marks showing their wear on the table and tv stand. Service was fair and staff were hospitable. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards and should loose it’s flag.

Booked a reservation under the “work anywhere stay pass” which included a $10 food & beverage credit, but the guy at the front desk had no idea what it was or how to honor it. Room did not have any cups (odd). Coffee machine was broken — water spewed from the sides and made a big mess. If you want to stay with Marriott, suggest you pick another location.

Read the reviews and LISTEN Beds are old and uncomfortable. Tub and toliet stained. "Couldnt finish updating by getting new ones." (How is EVERYTHING covids fault? Better hurry and turn the shower on cause the tub water handle leaked and sprayed all over. TV is in the SIDES of the bed. HOW can you watch ut comfortable?! I have been in over 1/2 of Hotel chains since covid. Why are they the only ones who will not put trash bags in the trash cans?? And WHY cant we get our own ice? Who knows if that scooper is clean you use in the "back"? Plenty of other hotel chains in the area. Find another one, and dont let the name fool you... Oh, but Christina was very nice and helpful! I asked for a refrigerator and microwave. When I checked in she told me it would be here in the morning. I needed a fridge NOW. So She carried one in for Me! Although I told Her to have them bring the microwave at noon, they came pounding a little after 9 am. Was very angry about that

Arrived at the hotel and were promptly greeted. The person's name was either Ryan or Brian as it was hard to understand since we all had masks on. The room was very clean and everything in the room worked 100%, Was able to book my next stay with no issues. I thanked the manager the next day on check out of the employee's great service and attitude. I would recommend this hotel to one and all for the service, the easy on and off the highway and the number of restaurants to choose from around the local area.
