I am a Hilton Honors holder. I travel and stay 98% of the time at Hilton properties. This was my first time staying at this property. I will not stay here again. Carpets and cloth couch very dirty with stains!! I would not sit on my couch in my room

Maintenance unqualified, Manager no help.

Had a problem as soon as we arrived. Bathroom Pocket Door would not close, remained open by at least 4 inches. Front Desk sent Maintenance Guy Josh up. TOTAL JERK. HE is using 2 hands to TRY and close the door while at the same time telling us it's normal!! Kept ARGUING with us. Called front desk again and lady was able to move us. Told Manager Vicki next morning and she just kept telling us that Maintenance IDIOT was very qualified. Just made light of the situation. New Room Door closed with 1 hand. Point proven!

Very clean and modern. The staff went above and beyond for our needs. Pool was clean and warm. We had a problem with our wifi and the staff came up to the room to help us solve the issue. Close by stores, restaurants and the highway.

The room was very nicely laid out and clean and had a very good breakfast. Check in and out was very fast and easy.And very good location to have a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone great job

Was charged an extra night for checking out early. All my years traveling on business, this was the first time I've been charged for checking out early. If you stay on the side that Cheddar's is on, be aware that side is very noisy. I should have stayed across the street at the Marriott. Will not stay at this property of the other Hilton Property next door. I'm a Diamond Member, Felt treated like just some joe off the street.
