Hotel otimo para quem vai viajar pelo aeroporto de minneapolis. Permite deixar o carro 15 dias estacionado sem cobrar. Quarto confortável. Internet muito boa. O banheiro é pequeno, mas bem limpo. Sem problema algum para usar.

BEWARE of ParkSleepFly with AMERICINN! I made a "Park Sleep Fly" reservation with AmericInn Hotel & Suites at 5861 Blaine Ave in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Two days before my flight I severely injured my back and had to cancel my flight, hence I needed to cancel my Park Sleep Fly reservation, which is in accordance with the hotel's policy. Americinn's cancelation policy specifically states you can cancel "24 hours prior to arrival". I called well within the 24 hour arrival time and the hotel manager said I was past their cancellation window which he stated was by midnight 2 nights prior to my arrival. This is well prior to the "24 hour cancelation period" as stated in their policy. When I attempted to point this out to him he said he didn't care what it said in my contract. That was their policy and then he hung up on me. This was by far the rudest person I have ever experienced in my more than 45 years of business travel. He was extremely impatient and totally disrespectful. BEWARE!!

I reserved 6 room for my family and received confirmation numbers for all rooms. They said they would email me confirmations but never did. One week later I had to make changes to the reservation, adding one more night to one of the rooms and confirming the rest of the rooms. When we arrived they did not have a reservation for us. My sister and brother had reservations, but I did not. We needed to change for a wedding so we used my brothers room and they said when we returned we were guaranteed to have a room. When we got back there was still no room reserved so they started a new reservation and gave us the room keys. We went to the room, opened the door only to find other people already in the room. Imagine if that were you!!! She gave us another room and went to make sure no one else was in there. This property needs help badly and management needs to train their employees instead of throwing them into an almost sold out weekend.

The person at the front desk could not find my reservation. Long story short, somehow they transposed the month and day but I was still able to get a room. I had a confirmation with the correct month and day to support my reservation request. The room was okay along with the rest of the hotel. It was a park, sleep, fly deal so it was adequate for what I needed. The shuttle took over 30 minutes to pick me up after arriving back from vacation.

When I arrived they over booked my room type. They adv I was getting a an upgrade. There were 3 of us and I had originally booked two beds. My upgrade was to a jacuzzi suite 1 king. 3 nights my daughter slept on a cot. The upgraded room was full of hair and all counters were sticky and dirty. I have staid at this property multiple times and loved it but the are going down hill fast. Garbage all over outside holes in the wall and just all around very dirty, it’s a shame.
