The hotel is located about 27.5 kilometres north-west of downtown Dallas and about 14.5 kilometres north-west of downtown Irving. The hotel offers 121 rooms which were remodelled in 2009, free morning coffee and free shuttle service to and from the airport. For a fee guests can use the Internet access and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.
