Very well located stay. I got private room with shared bathroom. The room has a bed and nothing else. Not even a hanger. Bed is comfortable and AC works well. Not very tidy nor clean but I would choose it again in the future. Very kind staff.

Night clerk unwilling to help, laughs at customers, throwing tantrums and overall very disrespectful. Wouldn’t provide access or name of manager to be able to talk to someone else. 10/10 Would not recommend.

Front desk girls very sweet However the manger not so much I had a bad experience no hot water I left the same day Manger would not give me a refund told me there was hot water when there was not Don’t stay here Loud music during the day and construction

Went to the Isle of majeres via a catamaran trip. Found this lovely bar by the far side of the beach. Ordered 2 Corona and 1 vodka and lemonade. Asked the cost 9 dollars, no problem, reasonable prices. Gave the barman 10 dollars, no change offered, was giving him the tip anyway. On returning our empty bottles and glass, the barman said we hadn't paid for the corona??? We were not happy being charged 8 dollars for 2 corona (normally 1 dollar each) My friend paid the 8 dollars and I asked for my change. The barman with a smug smile as he knew he'd ripped us off "you want a dollar back?" Originally I didn't but he seemed to take pleasure in overcharging us, because he seen our hotel bangle. Yes I took the dollar back. Shocking, greedy customer service

Things were going well till the last day of our trip. My wife and I came back from breakfast to find items missing from our room and room service had just finished up. I spoke with the hotel manager and he shared that it's been an issue... there you have it! They know what's going on and are OK with it... we'll never stay here or recommend someone else to.
