The best thing of this hotel is the location, in Sisli and near the metro station. The room is clean. The reception was Ok but not welcoming as we used to in the other hotels. They got a deposite at time of check-in, almost the rate of one night. The furniture of the rooms looks overused and needs to be renewed. The breakfast with poor options and the chef were impolite. So if you are in a holiday don't try it. If you are in bussiness trip for couple of days, it is a ccepted.

Requires renovation! Too noisy! Deposit for room! Not recommended!

The hotel is centrally located which is good but there are many things which should be fixed by the Hotel Management. At first, they want a deposit for the room. This hotel should learn to trust their customers. I said the receptionist why you want a deposit and she answered if you give damage to our room we will use this deposit! I have visited in my life more than 500 hotels all around the world and the fist time I gave a deposit for a hotel room. Very strange. There is no umbrella service which is a pitty for a city Hotel. I came to the hotel at 5 pm and someone was washing the carpets on the floor with a noisy machine. And he knocked on the door and asked if he can use our plug for the machine!! this is really unbelievable. I called the reception and they said they will stop cleaning. That was a nightmare! At night our neighbors were a big Arabic family they were doing lots of noise. I called the reception to warn them and they came and warned and finally we could sleep. The hotel was maybe good for 15 years ago but now it requires renovation. Many things are old. Breakfast was ok. In summary, the hotel is not recommendable.

In the past the hotel was very good but now the service has become less than required and also the treatment of some reception staff is not good and the room rates are overpriced The rooms are clean but need more attention and the hotel lobby is very small. Water courses need more attention

The overall condition and room quality is not as expected, I can say it is normal, the lift is horrible very late for going down and up , the location is perfect , the ac is good and room really have nice climate , but the overall quality of amenities and furniture is not as much as modern hotels , like old style , lobby is small , the hotel good for who is seek for shopping and central location , and for services and nice family gathered .

I enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel everything was excellent from reception, room service and breakfast. The simple variety of breakfast was very nice. My family and I enjoyed breakfast, all the staff at the restaurant were helpful and I would like to thank them all for this, especially the sister \ EDA. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel, they are all helpful and it was a really great experience and I will stay there again when I visit Istanbul.. thank you
