O hotel é bem antigo, como tudo em Istambul, porém lindo e super bem localizado, de lá você poderá ir caminhando para todos os lugares! Fica ao lado do bazar Egipicio e de uma grande mesquita, o Grand Bazar fica próximo também! Dar pra ir caminhando para a Mesquita Azul e várias outras atrações da cidade. Lugar fascinante! Fantástico mesmo! Amei está neste lugar, pretendo voltar! Lindo!!!

Why you shouldn't stay here: - They refuse credit card payment and are ready to throw you out at night if you don't pay cash upfront. ( The guy came knocking at my door at 11 pm asking me to pay in advance or leave!) Even though at the beginning they beg you not to book online and book directly with them instead. - They refuse to give a receipt ( either the receptionist is cheating his boss, or both are cheating the government and evading taxes). - They promise and keep promising that they'd fix things but they never do. - The receptionist is borderline sleazy harasser. - Fridge was not working. - Phone was not working. - The worst lighting I have ever encountered. - All the staff ( in fact they're only 2!) never wear a mask amidst a global pandemic! - When I made a reservation and paid for the first night they promised to give me a room on the 4th or 5th floor. I stressed that. I also stressed I need to use the safe in the room. And the room has to be extra clean. They failed to do any of that. I ended up on the second floor and it's as good as sleeping on the railways. They kept promising me every day that they'll move me to an upper floor, but every day they spin a different lie. The receptionist even created an imaginary "lady that cleaned everyday". There was no lady. I would never stay here again. I advise everyone to avoid at all cost. Especially solo female travelers.

we stayed there for 3 nights so stuff was very attended and helpful so room is clean and big,,,,very good and rich breakfast great location nothing wrong I can say about thank you ottoman luxury hope to see you very soon high recommend ........
Really, it is one of worse hotels I had. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Except location and staff , the hotel with it is all facilities is not recommended. Breakfast very poor and may be dangerous. I ate only smit and cheese to avoid any risk. Pillow and bed not comfortable. 3 days I couldn't slip. Bath very uncomfortable. Summarising above, the hotel is not recommended.
Be aware of cheating with payments and room conditions

Hotel was booked via booking.com and payment method was selected as card. On arriving we were asked to pay in cash. On the question why it is so as we counted on card payment, receptionist told „we are not cooperating with booking”. We afraid that we will be charged twice so we changed payment method to another empty card and agreed to pay in cash. We counted that they will give us invoice so we can complain booking about this as the hotel is not following booking policy. So, once we payed cash they reject to provide any invoice so we suspect this guys avoiding taxes and putting money in the pocket cheating on tax office. When we checked in we spot they provided a room with 2 beds instead of 3 and it was smaller then the one we booked. They promised they will change it next morning but that was a lie. The next morning the guy told that all rooms „are the same” we asked him to prove that showing us other rooms and he told „no free rooms”. When needed receptionist pretends he does not speak english. I was asked to call the owner of the hotel (on my own btw) and talk about this. He responded once and promised everything will be ok. He lied as well and next time he did not pick up the phone. So, be aware this hotel consists of filthy liars. Cheating with payments and room conditions included.
