Great value for money; wonderful staff

We arrived back in the Uk from Istanbul a few days ago . We went there as medical tourist(rhinoplasty) and stayed at Febor Bomonti for 13 nights; we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again ( %100). The staff were amazing and could not do enough to help us; they were efficient,friendly and so helpful( Cemil, Yasemin, Levent, Abdullah, Silvi ( our amazing cleaning lady), to name just a few). We had family rooms 805 and 806 on the 8th floor ( definitely worth the upgrade ), and to be honest we did not want to leave ( comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms with great views, fantastic shower, excellent WIFI) ; hotel has Nice Spa and Hamam and massage centre. Breakfast was good, although a bit repetitive ( mind you we stayed there for many days ). Fantastic location: short walking distance to: Sisle metro, shops and restaurants,( a few Pahlevan eateries nearby), Cevahir shopping Mall( 8 floors!! a must go) , pharmacy, supermarkets, you name it . We had no trouble getting around by taxis or on foot . Only two metro stops from Taksim square and within easy reach of Sultanahmet via metro ie go to Istanbul university from Sisle Metro, then either walk or get team to Sultanahmet). Make sure you get Istanbul card for public transport. Thank you Febor Istanbul Bomonti hotel. See you soon . ( special thanks also for giving us ice packs for postoperative nose care :)). cold in the room for a whole night

there was a fault in the heat pump in the room we asked several times to fix the situation at least 5 times in the duration of 4 hours and they didn't fix it we slept in the cold, and on the previous day at 9:00 in the morning we had it again of the problem and they made us the same promise to check the problem ! I can't give you a positive answer! then the shower was selpre clogged!

I picked this hotel mainly based on pictures and reviews but we all know how that can either or both of those elements can fail us! Nonetheless, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness of the hotel staff! I came here for do a Rinoplasty in Istanbul so most of my stay was to rest and heal in my room. I received amazing service. The house keeper would come everyday with 2 bottles of water (free of charge) placed on my nightstand. The morning breakfast buffet was very fresh and delicious. There were variety of cheeses and cuts to pick from, not to mention the different breads offered everyday! The staff made sure to check on me daily and ensure I have everything I needed from ice compresses to a taxi if I am going somewhere. I know as a young woman, it’s a gamble going somewhere by oneself without knowing anyone in the country but staying in this hotel made me feel safe and not alone! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would stay here on my next visit hands down!

This is one of the best places you will be able to find in Istanbul. The service is fantastic. Breakfast is very affordable (60 TL per person) and very good. The rooms are comfortable but ask to stay on the floors above the 2 floor. Otherwise you’ll be woken up by vehicles and other loud noises. Hope this helps. BTW. If you pay with a credit card. There is a discrepancy in the name of the hotel (Ferbon) and the charge which comes under (Sargon). Just FYI.

Best hotel to stay in Istanbul

The hotel is just 10 min drive away from Istanbul City Centre- Taksim. Base cat rooms are very compact but second category rooms are good and spacious. The staff at front desk are very welcoming and pleasing. I would like to thank the lady from Romania ( sorry I dont remember her name, may be Michelle). Best hotel for couple and family stay…. Do try special Turkish Tea served at their coffeeshop by Michelle.
