Boa localização, bom pequeno almoço, quartos limpos com cafeteira para poder beber café, chá e cacau, bolachas e frutas. Simpatia dos funcionários.O único aspecto menos positivo é não ter elevador o que dificulta subir as escadas com as malas até´ao segundo andar....

This is a lovely hotel in a delightful area of Bristol. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a delicious veggie option.We didnt use the restaurant as had been invited to friends but if the breakfast is anything to go by, Im sure it is excellent also. Hope to return. Many thanks

Great location near to lovely bars restaurants and independent shops. The staff were brilliant really friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly. Lue on reception was very welcoming and give us great advice on where to go in the area. Good veggie breakfast! We will definitely be back

Atttractive historic building in a lively part of the city. The room (on the second floor) was small but sufficient and the staff were friendly. I was impressed with the trees and shrubs in the gardens. Another bonus was the proximity to the Avon Gorge which I had never seen before. Spectacular. I didn't sample the delights of the restuarant, but perhaps on another occasion

I stayed at the Rodney for 4 weeks due to working in Bristol. The hotel is ok for a budget hotel in Clifton because of its location in the middle of the village. I found the service mostly really good and the food was on par with restaurant standard. My room sometimes forget to get made up and there was a problem with the heating so it had to be turned on by staff at 6.30 am to warm the hotel by 7am but this was sometimes forgotten by the night porter. On that subject the day time reception staff were great and very helpful Abi was definitely customer service number 1. The night porters definitely need more training as they just watched movies on there laptops with headphones in and didn't realise there customer needs. They kept forgetting to turn the heating on so the hotel was freezing in the morning. Overall the hotel has a great location with a lovely breakfast a bit more customer service training would not go a miss.
