Double-bed room was large with basic amenities, but nice triple curtains (one fully blocking the light). Quality bathroom with a quite tight bathtube though (uncomfortable). Average continental breakfast, uninspiring. Room soundproofing was good but not excellent. Service a bit slow but polite and smiling. Wifi was reliable but quite slow (100kB/s). Large stairs doubled-up by elevator. Exterior parking and underground parking (free). No gym or pool, websites reference sports complex a couple minutes away by foot. 10-15min by foot from city center and restaurants.

I was in Itzehoe for 3 nights. I selected this Hotel for the room standard and booked a quiet Deluxe room which was to have air conditioning. Room 225 was noisy and not air-conditioned. I was ill from lack of sleep and lack of circulating air. I was told rooms do not have A/C. The last night after complaining again. I was moved to room 215, a Deluxe room - with A/C on a noisy street corner. My booking confirmation clearly says I booked a Deluxe room for 3 nights. Receptionist agreed but said my price was not for a Deluxe room -that’s not my problem. TV in neither room worked and had to be completely and lengthily reset. The only English channel is news - no entertainment. There are no English newspapers. I know housekeeping is physical work but the 2 female cleaners must use deodorant. Suggest travellers try other hotels in the area.

Sehr schönes Hotel,modern, gut ausgestattet, ganz tolle Mattratzen, exzellentes Essen und gute Auswahl, Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit and accommodating. Nur 3 Nachteile - kelne Klima-anlage (es war SEHR heiß), direkt an der Hauptstraße stadteinwärts (LKW ab 4 Uhr früh) und wie bei den meisten Hotels - keine Spiegeleier zum Frühstück. Dafür hat das Bier sehr gemundet! Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel ist eigentlich OK, es fehlt aber die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. bei knapp 30 Grad wird es sehr warm im Zimmer, schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist dank der Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, ohne Oropax kaum möglich. Das Frühstück Ist OK, der Service freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gutes Hotel. Nicht grad sehr günstig. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Einzelzimmer. Dusche aber nur in der Badewanne. Funktioniert gut. Ist halt entsprechend hoher Einstieg. Frühstück okay und ausreichend Auswahl. Personal aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage citynähe. Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Lkw-Ladebetrieb, scheinbar regelmäßig sehr früh morgens.
