Not a good Hilton experience

Room was nice and roomy. At least that part was good. Worst check in experience with a Hilton. Spent 20 minutes on phone trying to fix issues they had with credit card. Arrived at hotel and spent another 20 minutes getting checked in. So much for digital check in..... Pancakes at breakfast could not be cut with a knife so ended up finding a restaurant to eat at. Had to wait 10 minutes for coffee to be resupplied.

Front Desk: The ladies at the front desk are not the most welcoming or friendliest. When requesting complimentary items (i.e. toothbrush, blanket for sofa bed) items, you almost have to justify your need for said items. I personally feel this is a micro-aggressive power display. Breakfast: I’m not really into complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast provided here is probably one of the worst I’ve been offered at a hotel. EV Charger: The Tesla destination charger is broken, so if you are selecting this hotel because of this amenity, please know that it is not working. There is another EV charger, so make sure you have an adapter if you have a Tesla. Late Check: I have a personal pet peeve about being asked what you know you’re not going to provide. I asked for a late check out based on my member status. I was asked what time I’d like. I stated a time. Then I was told that the latest I could get was 1pm. Why ask me when you know the latest the hotel gives is 1pm? Just say ok, you have until 1pm. Easy-peasy.

I was apprehensive about this booking because I had never stayed in Jackson before. I hit the jackpot with this hotel. It was a brand new facility so the accommodations were a no-brainer. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and neat with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. The hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Jackson MS and I highly recommend it..

Internet did not work. You needed to wiggle your plug in devices so that the electrical would work (old outlets are loose and need to be replaced, furniture is dated, Too much money for the price. Should have stayed at the New Holiday Inn Express for around the same price.

The hotel was very clean. The housekeeping, Mary and Antoinette very helpful and Brian the front desk manager. I love him to death. He meant to feel at home. Love the hotel Love the pool and the fitness room
