Visita à JSU (University) - muito boa sob todos os aspectos. Bons restaurantes, boa sinalização e sensação de organização e segurança. Clima positivo e paisagem geral bonita, com boa urbanização e população simpática
Great Stay for bicyclers
We stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Jackson while we were on a three day bicycling trip to northwestern Alabama. We grabbed hotels as we went not having any special plan. We found by referral that the Hampton Inn was very bike friendly as a major Alabama bike trail was very near the hotel. We had a clean room smell fresh looked fresh and was fresh! Important during these Covid 19 times. The check in was smooth the clerk was exceptional and everything was top shelf.
Great Stay
We stayed here for one night and it was great. We used digital key to check in and online check out and they were both fast and easy. Beds were very comfortable after a long day of driving. Water pressure in the shower was strong and the water was hot. Even with the pandemic this hotel knows how to treat guests well with a hot breakfast to go available to take back to your room. It was very much appreciated when other hotels only offer to go bags. I’ll be coming back to this area a few times and will definitely be booking here in the future.
Excellent stay
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and each and every day we felt welcomed. Due to the covid pandemic room cleaning has to be requested and if requested it is done. Towels and all other bathroom necessities have to be requested as well but it was not an issue as the cleaning staff and front desk employees were very helpful. The breakfast area is well maintained and the ladies that work there are sweethearts. The hotel is well maintained and everyone that works there were very friendly. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay there when we are traveling to Jacksonville. Thank you very much for a great stay.
Uncomfortable Beds
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all unsupportive. The staff was incredible, the breakfast was great the location was perfect. The beds were the biggest issue with this stay for the price paid leaving with my back killing me is dissatisfying.
