Passive smoker’s paradise.

Booked two rooms. One room smelled so badly from cigarette smoke that I had to ask for a replacement. To their credit, the hotel was quite happy to do this. The replacement room also smells of cigarette smoke, just not as bad as the first. I’m smelling it now as I type this review. It’s not good enough. I simply want a room that doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke.

No hot shower

Firstly a little disclaimer we checked in late and left early so didn’t get a chance to speak to staff or management. Room was clean and tidy, well appointed and located on busy Mulgoa Road however noise wasn’t a problem. My only real complaint was that we had no hot water for a shower which was hugely disappointing. Beds were a little uncomfortable but we all have different tastes in that regard.

Reception Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable All amenities operated effectively, The motel is located nearby all major facilities and is back from the main road, However There is very little to no road noise. I would stay here again

We've always stayed at Pa hinthers, about three blocks up the road. This is a nice revelation, after all these years. Easy to find, friendly staff, rooms good but not great, pub and bottle shop next door, lots of shopping within an easy walk. A quiet, inexpensive motel. Very happy.

Very surprised how spacious our room was. Spotlessly clean with a particularly comfortable bed. There was almost a separate spot for luggage and bathroom and tea making facilities away from the main bedroom space. We lived in this area for several years so it was a treat for us to just walk next door to Grey Gums for dinner and we invited all our friends from around Penrith. I could not fault this accommodation. Also, thank you to the lady who booked us in even though it was crazy over Easter.we would not have been able to leave home without a bed to sleep in that night. Thank you
