Stayed here for a sales call. Just a lot of cigarette smoke smells. Asked for a new room and was given one. Was also given the opportunity to get a refund. Room was huge but mattress was like rubber. Kinked my back. Good for the value. Breakfast sucked no hot food.

Worse bed we had ever sleep

We check in on July 23rd. 2022. We have a room on the first floor. My husband needed to put his medication in the refrigerator, and it wasn't working. We went to the front desk to see if they could switch or give us another room. The lady was by herself and let us know that she will talk to her manager to see what can be done. She came to our room with another refrigerator and left it in from of the room door saying that she was coming back. We wait for her to come back for like 20 minutes and she never did, so I switch the refrigerators myself. When sitting in the bed, I was in disbelieve of the horrible quality of the mattress. it really was the worse sleep we ever had. The pool water looked questionable, and I never saw anyone in it. The breakfast was pre-made breakfast sandwiches and cereal. The location was ok. But overall, not a good place to stay more than one day at all.

Night of blunders in the thunder!

Someone other than me enjoyed my double non smoking room, but my that blunder was quickly overshadowed by a miserable stay in a smoking single for me and my partner. Night auditor and operator blundering buffons

Room is disgusting. Staff was rude. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ice machine looked like it had blood at the bottom of it! I will be calling the department of health and the local news channels to have this hotel investigated.

Sheets left on bed from prior occupant that had sex. Lazy staff and Unable able to print my receipt as well. Would not recommend anyone stay there. Carpet was dirty and the room stunk as well. Please dont waste your money.
