The best hotel in Jayapura, Papua

I believe that this must be the best hotel in Jayapura so far. Very good location by the beach, with clean, friendly staff and many restaurants in the area. They also had a complete set of breakfast. Definitely be my first choice when I visit Jayapura again.

Best Hotel with best hospitality and service. Best view, the staff very helpfull, near from mall, shopping center, foodcourt and banks. The foods very delicious. So many item of breakfast menu. I think this Hotel very recommend if you want to stay at Jayapura.

Starting from check in until check out we so supprise with their COVID-19 protocol make us feel safe when stay, nice room, nice service and view no need to argue.. so beautiful.. will back soon to stay here

Far from Swiss-Belhotel Standard

There are two decisions this hotel chain should make quickly (1) Do we want to be a hotel catering international guests y/n (2) Do we want to have the same standard than other Swiss-Belhotels in the world y/n If the answer is two times"yes", bring in some professionals and let them observe, train, coach, help for 3-6 months Some comments: ==> No need to pay additional money for a room with balcony. This balcony is small, dirty and not equipped with at least one or two chairs (see pic) ==> If you plan to spend a nice afternoon at the pool, it is not guaranteed. In our case, there was a company event occupying the whole pool area and for someone seeking a nice and peaceful time, this part of the hotel might not be the place ==> 25 minutes to prepare a watermelon and pineapple juice. There really is an urgent training needed ==> The statement on the homepage that the hotel is 45 minutes away from the airport is only true for trips between 11 pm and 6 am. It can be up to two hours otherwise!! On the plus-side: The food served was good and the staff at the reception is friendly and helpful

This place was awesome. We were just here for the night as we were passing through. Great bedding that really helped us catch up on some rest as we had been in Wamena for the last four days, so we could use a little pampering. The rooms have amazing views of the lake and the food in the lounge was just want we needed. The lounge also had a live band which was a nice touch but they could use a little work. Staff was not only helpful but they also checked in with us to make sure everything was good, they seemed to really care about the quality of our stay. They also had a nice breakfast in the morning before we left.
