Grotesque/Unacceptable/Needs to be condemned
Where do I even begin… I checked into this hotel to recover after surgery and to be close to my surgeon's office. The website said there would be a $50 deposit. When I got here they charged me $100 deposit, I dismissed that due to reserving through a 3rd party site. Within a few hours of checking in, I called to tell them I had spotted roaches. The clerk actually asked me what i wanted her to do about it. I was floored by her response and lack of compassion, but still suggested either another room or to have someone come spray… she said she would send someone to spray and see if there was another room available after checkout. I never heard from them again. I had to buy my own roach spray and Ive had to use everyday. Im also restricted to a liquid diet so I bought popscicles.. The freezer didn't freeze.. So I woke up to melted popsicles oozing out of the freezer.. A wonderland for the roaches in the place.. This couldn't possibly get any worse right? WRONG!!! I asked for clean linens Sunday when I saw housekeeping. No one came. I called the front desk Sunday night and they said they would leave a message for housekeeping to switch them out. Monday morning, I asked housekeeping about the linens. They said I had to take my old linens to the front desk to get new ones. I did that. The lady at front desk proceeds to tell me they only switch out linens every 7 days and that if i didn't come get the ones I dropped off I wouldn't have any linens at all. I had to call and speak to guest relations to let them know what was going on in order for the General Manager Ardebra to exchange my linens. A complete nightmare. I ended up checking out early Tuesday night after returning to the room and immediately have to spray/kill about 5 roaches. This place is disgusting, should be condemned, and the employees… you be the judge. Never in my adult life of dealing with businesses and customer service have i ever been so disappointed. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Absolute Worst
First of all I'm not a picky traveler in any sense. I've stayed from cheap to expensive and really don't care as long as the place is clean. This place is the absolute worst of any place I've ever stayed. The pictures advertised are nothing like the actual room. I don't even know if a maid cleaned the room. Debris, dust, and trash under the bed. Heating and cooling unit was a window unit that was extremely loud and the covering or case completely off and broken. Only 2 lights worked in entire room - bathroom and main light in room. TABLE LIGHTS AND KITCHEN LIGHTS NO. The kitchen was disgusting amd for anyone wanting to cook, good luck. As far as the overall feel of the place - creepy and seedy. Phone didn't work. Staff only there 1pm-7pm. If you need anything after those hours hoodnluck there too. No one is available. Beware. I would give this a zero but you have to give at least 1. For those that have reviewed this with positive reviews I'm not quite for sure those are accurate. They have to be staff or made up reviews.
Horrible!!!
Arrived late, so the Front Desk Manager was called, was great checking us in. That was the only good thing. She was very friendly! Took keys, and noticed how unkempt the property was. Went to the 2nd floor via an outside, filthy elevator. First room, went in. All cupboards were open as if bugs were sprayed. The room felt seedy. Beds questionable. Went to second room on 3rd floor. Looked like someone had just vacated it as tv and lights were in, the one bed unmade and slightly smelling of after shave. We left, I called the manager about a possible refund and was declined as we had gone through a site. Even though the $ was lost we went elsewhere for our one night stay. This property should be avoided!! We’ve been in some run down places before but this is the first time we left one. Our older grandsons and ourselves felt unsafe with the lack of cleanliness and conditions of these 2 rooms! And surprisingly with all the virus hoopla, we are not afraid of it but know many who are, this place hadn’t been cleaned well!! In our haste to vacate we forgot to take photos!

Iv been staying here for a few months and matthias neal- bowman..i think that's how you say his name...he has been very helpful in everything i needed done..very polite and friendly to everyone... thanks for making my stay easier....
Really Enjoying My Stay
I have stayed here for the last two days and found it like home! Paige at the front desk is very sweet and patient. She has been very nice to book with. The rooms are clean and peaceful. Definitely will book again!
