We were there in April.Slept there while visiting Venice, Padova and Verona. Ok for a few nights, ok room, no heating although we asked for it, and it was cold in early April.It seemed in good condition but would not spend summer here. Small room. Polite staff.

I staied at the Piccadilly hotel in the first week of august. The lady and the girl at the reception are very gentle and available. I think the highlight is the restaurant where for lunch and dinner there was a plenty entry buffet and a various choice of delicius first plates, second plates and desserts. I never ate a bad thing, everything was very good. The breakfast buffet is international, delicious and plenty too. The pool deserves a mention because it's a very good place where to stay specially in the hottest days. I've appreciated the bar in which i went many times and where i've always been fine. Furthermore is important to say that the hotel offers a free bike rent service, free umbrella on the beach and free wifi. The only bad notes regard the rooms (they are cleaned and climatically comfortable but some of them are too small and with tight bathrooms) and the absence of a sort of common room (with some things to do like playing ping pong) where to stay in case of bad weather or other reasons. Anyway if you don't spend many time in the hotel these "bad notes" will aren't a problem.

The hotel is clean and staff very friendly speaking good English and giving tips of where to go. Breakfast range of food is limited but tasty, saw some guests eating cooked breakfasts, this wasn't mentioned or offered to us. Bar area is good and has what you need for snacks and great cocktails Free use of bikes is a great way to get about and free use of local parking a bonus if you rent a car (which I would recommend rather than booking a transfer. I paid £63 for a week) My only real Cristism is the early noise but this is the other guests really although the cleaners did try come in our room one day at 8 am! They need do not disturb badges for the door!! Would come again as enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect and the food is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very clean and we loved the pool. The bar is terrific and we enjoyed that we were the only English guests!! Chance to practice our italian!! This was possibly our best holiday in Lido di Jesolo, we stayed for 2 weeks and hope to be back next year.

Quality decreases steadily

In general the price/performance ratio is not that good in the upper Adria but this is not acceptable anymore. We have been several times in the hotel Piccadilly but this was our last stay here. There have been several problems. Although we are regular guests they did not manage to give us rooms on the same floor. The rooms are already aged and there is no indication of renovation. Most rooms are very small with especially small bathrooms where the toilet and shower share the same space. During our 3-day stay our shower head and line broke, the sunblind stopped working and the phone actually never worked. All this gets combined with an uncomfortable bed and very noisy rooms. You can talk through the wall with the next two rooms. The breakfast is ok but the coffee is not good. All this reasons combined with a quite steep price leads to this rating. The best thing in the hotel is the bar. It was renovated quite recently and offers nice comfort and drinks. But it is not necessary to book this hotel to enjoy the nice bar.
