I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is just perfect. Very friendly staff and the quality of the room was excellent including the bed. Everything was at the right place in this room. I travel a lot for business, but this was one of an outstanding experience. Also the bar and kitchen are good. They even have a shuttle to Rosebank which takes only a few minutes. The lady who checked me in was so kind and the room I received 606 was fantastic. I will come back and can only recommend this hotel.

Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful 2 week stay. Felt at home and very well taken care of with great engagement. A very committed staff with the hotel director being very hands on and always very helpful.

I had a really good stay, however, I experienced a bad service at the front desk while trying to check in. The guys lacked professionalism and were rude to the extent of calling customers at the back of que to assist them first.

Great, only one minor thing

This hotel was comfortable, spotless and well-located for my purpose. The decor was fun, service was great and very friendly. The only thing I wish they had thought of was to put a plug for the hair dryer within sight of a mirror. They should consult with women when they design hotel rooms!
