Friendly check in and out. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Had a continental breakfast! Overall decent night. And the parking was decent. Area around motel seemed ok. Easy on/off 44. Would stay again

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower was strong. The light in the bathroom wasn't very bright however. The breakfast options were great & the food was delicious. The wifi was allegedly down the 2 nights I stayed & the pool looks like it hasn't been operational since pre covid.

The hotel is located next to an abandoned motel with squatters present. Parking is on the motel side and we did not feel safe leaving our car out overnight. They had signs posted alongside the building saying they weren’t responsible for stolen or damaged property. Our bedding had various stains resembling what appeared to be food, dirt, and blood. For breakfast they ran out of a lot of foods and serving requirements. They ran out of syrup, coffee cups, and the eating area was dirty. Would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary. It’s worth the extra $20 to stay at a hotel next door.

Security issues, mold, dirty carpets, smashed bugs on the walls, no smoke detectors, no food when we got to breakfast, pool has algae and silt in it, bathtub was dirty, hole in the wall of the room, cigarette ashes in the windowsills (non-smoking room).

was just wanting to get in touch with you and let you know of the experience I had in room 215 in Joplin, MO. We checked in late in the day around 9:30 to 10 pm that evening; upon entering the room I had to use the restroom there was no toilet paper and there was a piece of either rolled tissue of some sort. I had already put on my night clothes and I looked down on the floor and then I seen the what I was like oh surely not!!! But then there it was a dried up toe nail and as I was taking pics of that then we found hair and other stuff on the floor
