The most beautiful balcony with a wonderful view of the sea, stylish room with daily cleaning service, welcoming and helpful. This beautiful view is enchanting and the rooms are very beautifully decorated.

We had an amazing stay, wouldn't hesitate to go back! The location is super close to beach, and the shared veranda / decking area with the hot tub and loungers was my favourite, honestly didn't even feel the need to leave except to occasionally get food!

My siblings stayed here. Whilst i stayed at piettra e mare just up the road. This hotel let us visit numerous times at anytime. Welcomed us and gave us an upgrade free of charge. The owner antonis even offered free rides, befofe we got a vehicle. Defo recommend this place as he is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and it is child friendly. Much better stay than the 5 star hotel we stayed at. Internet was also fast, which is a bonus. Very good stay.

I had the most relaxing stay here. Place is clean and spacious. Walking distance (2 minutes max) to the beautiful Kalo Livadi beach. Perfect location to relax. But what makes this place so awesome is the hospitality of Antonis, who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcome. Can't thank him enough for his help and recommendations during my stay. Definitely going back if I have the chance.

This stay was absolutely perfect, Antoni is very accommodating, and super helpful. There whenever you need him. Solymar, the beach restaurant/bar steps away from the villa was amazing! Great food, great service and an amazing clear beach. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back!
