The hospitality of the hotel is par excellence. The housekeeping staff is really polite and friendly. The front desk agents are professional at serving us with a remarkable customer service. The hotel is a true value of money and excellent for staying during travelling

The staff is great, they are very professional in what they are doing. Now its a second home for me. Thanks Aditya for going extra mile. Only suggestion is to clean black-ice from the sidewalks around the hotel entrance and exit.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

I went there with my friends as a getaway on the weekend. The customer service agents were very professional and friendly. We stayed there for the weekend and the hot tub was the best thing to relax in and let loose the tiresome days. The rooms were really good and flawless, the amenities in the rooms were that of any 5 star hotels. It was beyond what we were expecting so we ended up staying for another day.

This hotel has the cleanest property out of all the properties I have stayed in. The staff is also extremely polite and welcoming especially the girl who checked me In. The rooms were very clean. Overall I am very happy with the experience I had while staying there. I’ll say if you are reading this then you should give it a shot.!!!

ATROCIOUS hospitality!!!

I have never been treated so poorly before at a hotel!! After driving all night to check in exhausted at 1am with licence and credit card I am woken by a phone call having me prove my reservation at 3AM!!!! After dressing and providing said documents I am asked to LEAVE THE HOTEL as they have given me someone else’s room and cannot accommodate me😤 This was the worst experience I have ever had and not once did they reach out to apologize for the grievous error in treatment. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
