It was an accidental booking by my friend. The characteristics of the hotel itself shows that it is not a hotel. No good front office and no lift. Rate is higher when compared to the highly well maintained traditional hotels in Cochin. Room can be described as unsized. No chairs for guests in the room, no dry area in the bathroom, toilet is unfit to sit, door locks and hooks are of low quality to the extent that can harm your hands to the level of getting it wounded. The door locks provide no security whatsoever. There is no kettle in the room, A/C doesn't function properly, linens and towels provided in the room are of low quality, poor room service. Their complementary breakfast is a joke. They are insulting the customers by providing such cheap food. Going by the tariff of KayPee's Inn and the facility provided by them, the ranking is below minus. It is nothing but looting the customers. Please don't prefer this hotel under any circumstances.

enjoyed our stay in Kaypee's inn,a good place to recommend, very good room service, excellent food and good location. very near to LULU Mall and really worth for the money you pay. i strongly recommend this place for a nice trip.

Beware of the basement parking....

I was very very lucky to get my car out of that basement parking area without any scratches... Pls dont park ur car there... Also the restaurant service is very bad... We had ordered for veg fried rice... After 10 minutes one guy went out and after 10 more minutes we saw him coming back with some vegetables needed for preparing veg fried rice... Pathetic... And we left the restaurant after cancelling our order...

I really enjoyed my visit to Kerala. This hotel made my stay memorable one. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant was good and foods are very tasty. I really enjoyed Thank u all for making my recent stay comfortable.
