Location and staff great, room bit average

The location of this hotel is great as it is within walking distance of most of the major sightseeing places in Kanazawa, like the many old samurai districts and closest is the main castle and gardens. The walk from the station is about 20 minutes so bit further but there's plenty of buses that can take you there. Staff was super helpful and they even received and took care of a package I had sent over here from Tokyo. We also used the washing machine/dryer which is always great to have available. The room itself was a bit average with a relatively small bed and there was a bit of a smell, probably because there is still smoking rooms in the hotel. For the price I'd probably see if there is other options available, if not still ok to stay though.

New and clean room. Size is ok for us. Staff are polite, helpful and speak fluent English. We took a taxi at around 800 yen for our group of 4 between Kanazawa Station and the hotel. The hotel has a convenient location to access various attractions. Omicho Market, Kuromon Koji, Kanazawa Castle Park are in 5-min walking distance, while Kenroku-en, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, The Korinbo and Kata-machi area or Higashiyama Higashi Chaya District are all about 15-20min walking distance. There are also cafes, convenience stores, pharmacy stores and restaurants nearby.

I stayed in the other hotels of this chain on my trip to japan, and I loved it. Always good locations, rooms are clean and good size. Staff was friendly and they even gave me bottle of water for every night of my stay.

As said perfect little hotel for a stay in Kanazawa. Book the twin room to get more space. The hotel has everything you need, even laundry facilities. Very near the major market and restaurants. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was included but get there early as it goes quick

This hotel is in a good location and within easy walking distance of most places of interest. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room although not large was more than adequate and most importantly the bed was comfortable Breakfast was also of good standard and varied. Enjoyed my stay
