nice and clean room. good breafast and good customer service. Lobby was big and mordern. Parking lot ligths were bright with lots of parking. Pool and spa were clean and relaxing. Outdoor fire pit was extra good

We booked this hotel as it was close to the Olathe hospital and our daughter needed to be at the hospital at 5:30 am. The location is great, restaurants are near by. I was a bit disappointed with the hotel itself. It just didn't feel like a Holiday Inn Express. I really don't know how to explain it. The bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure and the internet worked well. We were not recognized as IHG rewards members.

Shower in our room was broken and wasn’t repaired after the first night when we told them. We had five people staying in a room that slept six people, but they only would give us two towels. Hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast was good when there was something on the breakfast bar but 90% of the time it was empty.

This was a late-night choice for sleeping. The location is great and the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the shower that wouldn't stay full stream, but when you're that tired, you just take it and move on. The breakfast was really good -- eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as juice, milk, coffee, etc. Overall, good choice due to the location and the breakfast.

Beware - Ants

The hotel would have been fine except that the air conditioner units in each room connect directly to the outside and allow in ants. They were everywhere in our room and in other rooms on the 3rd floor. It was so bad they were in my suitcase when I returned home. They were in drawers, bathroom, kitchenette, etc.
