A group of 4 stayed at your hotel last week on a snowmobile trip. The hotel was one of the best hotels while on our week-long trip. One of you Team went above and beyond when one of our sleds would not start. He helped with heaters, battery booster and other tricks to get us on our way. Because of his help we will now add this to our go-to hotels while in that area. Thank you!

Would recommend as the place to stay in Kapuskasing. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and super clean. Always enjoy my stay there when travelling through. Keep up the good work.

Great Staff Alyssha was able to call me back and get me the room I wanted! Awesome Service! Clean Rooms and good food. Only thing my Trailer was broken into on my last stay, would be nice if the Property would add 2 security cameras over the pool facing A@W would be much Appreciated. And Help ensure a return to the Property in Future.

Staff were amazing, rooms immaculate, kids had their own room with bunks and an Xbox, breakfast was great, I did laundry for $2, bed very comfortable. Pool/hot tub was good, too bad slide wasn’t open yet.

Only negative is that you could here the people above walking in their room very early in the morning. Floors are not too soundproof. Next time I will ask for a room on the top floor. But the rest was excellent.
