Its great to stay in dom himalaya like new home in another city .bhai khagendra is very nice person . ritika santosh mam pradeep radhika guard ganga they r really naver feel us we r in hotel .they take care us like family .mid in the happening place in kathmandu food was tasty and fresh every body smiling and ready to help .. House keeping staff is also great. Nothing to say to minus point

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent facilities. management personally making sure that every guest is filling comfortable. Room was clean, extra towels, water, tea, coffee in the room. Good food. Excellent hotel …………………………………………………..

I love this hotel. It's a walking distance from the local market, and all kind of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and they have balconies. They have am upstairs terrace to sit and enjoy the view at night and its only 20mins away from the Airport. Although they are in the heart of the city center, the rooms were quiet at night so you get a good night sleep. The service is too slow, we ordered dinner at 6 food arrived at 7.15, however the food is very good and delicious. And the staff were very friendly. Spent 2 nights here and I really like the ambiance and the energy of the place. I would come again here as everything is nearby.

Great hotel with very friendly and kind staff during Covid-19 time

I stayed in the hotel in March 2020 with a friend of mine. We went on the Manaslu Circuit trek and stayed in the hotel before and after the trek. When we came back from the trek, Covid-19 started to spread and our flight was canceled, so we had to stay for longer in the hotel. It was a great time there after all, just because of the staff. Great hospitality and great cooking skills. We were very happy to stay there during this time. Thank you very much for having us and for the kindness.

I've stayed at Dom Himalaya for nearly three months now and can honestly say that the staff is among the finest I've ever seen in hospitality. The kindness, attentiveness, and desire to do anything they can for their guests is truly remarkable. To put this in perspective, because I wished to join a local university as a visiting researcher, the staff immediately offered that their driver would be able to drop me off and pick me up every day if I needed to take classes. That's absolutely unheard of to my knowledge. The restaurant facilities are excellent, the room service menu is extensive, and the range of available food and beverages is more than satisfying. My room has both been affordable and very comfortable and I highly recommend the balcony suites to anyone that wishes to stay here. Overall, my time at this hotel has been an outstanding experience.
