Excellent service and very friendly. We got in earlier than expected and they were able to check us in early rather than just hold our luggage and tell us to come back in a few hours. Location is close to shopping and tons of restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. I’d stay here again.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

Had a relaxing time at this beautiful hotel in poland , food fantastic and room large and hotel staff are all lovely people to be with at 24 hour desk , and room always cleaned in wonderful way by cleaners , Vienna house hotel beautiful , I did have a brilliant time in poland , I hope to go back someday in very near future

Great Hotel for Katowice

Just spent two nights at the Vienna House in Katowice. The room was the standard hotel size for two persons with a big bed and the room and bathroom were very clean. The location was nearly perfect - just a few-minutes stroll from the center of town. Service was also very good with parking on the premises. I'd happily stay here again.

Good Hotel for a short stay in Katowice

We stayed for one night at the Vienna House Easy in Katowice as part of our trip to Poland. The hotel had a good location and parking in front which we needed as we arrived by car. The lobby was empty when we checked in, it did not take long before we got our keys. Our two rooms were next. to each other and were nicely appointed although basic. We did not see many people around as the hotel was almost empty. Breakfast. next morning was very good, excellent service and a really extensive buffet.
