Esse hotel é super luxuoso e com uma vista maravilhosa, além do staff super simpático. Adorei o serviço de quarto e a comida do restaurante. Tive problemas quando precisei de uma impressora para imprimir um cartão de embarque, apesar de ter uma sala comc omputador, a impressora não funcionava muito bem.

The room was comfortable, the views were good from the balcony. I didn't like the hand held shower. The food was reasonably good (both dinner and breakfast were buffets), but the stirs and corridors were dark and a bit dangerous. The staff were efficient, but didn't really engage. It felt like one of those all inclusive resort hotels. I just didn't get that something extra that makes a hotel 5 star.

A lovely hotel, if somewhat tired in some areas. Staff always helpful. Breakfasts are excellent. Clean and tidy. Pool area was excellent with a very attentive and aware lifeguard. Pool bar staff were delightful. Sadly room was below a committed smoker who constantly dropped ash and fag ends on the balcony so much so we couldn’t use it. Not the fault of the hotel. Put smokers on ground floor.

I stayed in Lucy hotel Kavala for 3 months , , hotel Isn’t what I’d class as a European 5 star hotel , the staff are great ! The breakfast was usually cold and a bit repetitive , I found the corridors and bathrooms a bit dark , The one thing that bugged me was having to go to the bar to get ice no ice machines in 5 star hotel in middle of the summer ? All in all it’s a good hotel just cook the bacon and eggs and buy a few ice machines on every floor

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay on 2nd floor over looking the small beach and old city. Breakfast was excellent and the bed comfortable. The pool area was lovely and well maintained and pool a good place to cool off. The highlight was our massages in their spa with Melanie. First time for a candle wax massage which was delightful and skin still felt good 24 hours later. Spent an hour before it using the sauna, steam room and indoor pool. It’s a must.
