Comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well organised. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious- beautifully cooked. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well organised. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious- beautifully cooked. Michelle and Rob are lovely - very welcoming. We found it easy to visit places of interest from here as it’s on the A12. Highly recommended.

Another great stay to attend a family wedding

Returned here finally for a 2 night stay to attend a wedding locally. Michelle and Robbie are such great hosts and have made such needed changes to keep everyone safe following Covid, we were really impressed. The additional touch of a slice of cake on our arrival was a lovely and unexpected treat. We always have a comfortable stay here and fantastic breakfast cooked by Robbie. Will always return when back over to see family in the UK from our Barcelona home. Thanks always to you both😁

Perfect first trip after two years of lockdown

The true test of a place to stay is whether or not you want to go back and The Farmhouse is definitely a place to return to. Great value and accommodation, with excellent hospitality. Our first trip away after two years' lockdown, and very enjoyable it was too!

My husband and I have just spent 4 nights at The Farmhouse. What a good choice it was! Michelle and Robbie were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Our room (the Oak) was spacious and spotless. Delicious cake awaited our arrival along with plentiful tea, coffee and biscuits. The fridge contained a flask of milk and bottles of water Breakfast was chosen the night before from the sheet provided. A very good selection and beautifully cooked and presented. Hard to find anything to fault! The stairs are a little steep if you are a bit doddery but there is a downstairs room. The Farmhouse is well placed for visiting that area of Suffolk with the coast in easy reach. Can highly recommend.

Superb accommodation and hosts

We spent a week at The Farmhouse in early July and were so well looked after by Michelle and Robbie. The accommodation is excellent, the breakfasts superb - and we were lucky enough to have an evening meal once during our stay too - that too was excellent. Attention to detail and going the extra mile all came naturally to our wonderful hosts. They were so helpful, friendly, efficient, professional - available for our every need, but in no way intrusive. The Covid measures taken are excellent. The bed and breakfast is very well situated for exploring this lovely part of Suffolk, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and trips to the coast, countryside, towns and villages.
