Had a great stay. Customer service was exceptional. Room was clean and the kitchen was convenient. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Anything that was asked was provided. Great experience Will stay again

Highly recommended. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant throughout your stay. They are accommodating to your needs. Rooms are clean. Great amenities, has a kitchenette. Great location. Would definitely be staying here again for any future needs.

We stayed here for 4 days, it was really nice and having full kitchen made it better for us. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. It looks like they did recent renovations since our room looked fairly new and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we come to tri-cities

My girlfriend & I had gone to kennewick, Washington, Last month and booked a room at this specific hotel. my girlfriend and I were treated with excellent help. The front desk was very nice and respectful and I had no problems at this hotel. very peacful and calming

Really enjoyed my stay last time we were here so we decided to come back while visiting our family. You really can't beat the price of this hotel. For what you pay you receive a lot of great amenities that you wouldn't expect. We were only here for 2 nights this time but the full kitchen still is a great benefit when your traveling with kids. Thank you for anther great stay.
